А точнее меня и моих детей (мальчик10 месяцев и девочка 11 лет) на пешеходном переходе сбил скутер.Удар передних колес скутера пришёлся в коляску. Два колеса повреждены.Ребенок не выпал,что говорит о качестве ремней безопасности.
Коляска еще находится на гарантии и наша семья понимала,что это не гарантийный случай .Было обидно расставаться с нашей любимицей.Решили связаться с представительством и узнать, возможен ли ремонт.Наше счастье было безгранично! Даже стресс, который мы с детьми получили ,отошёл. ПРЕДСТАВИТЕЛЬСТВО НАС ПОДДЕРЖАЛО И ОТПРАВИЛО НАМ РАМУ И КОЛЕСА СОВЕРШЕННО бесплатно.Теперь мы вернёмся к прогулке на свежем воздухе в нашей любимой,удобной,качественной и самое важное безопасной коляске "Anex"! Sehr stylischer und handlicher Stroller…
Sehr stylischer und handlicher Stroller (sehr einfach zu manövrieren - easy auseinander zu bauen etc) aber bereits nach 1 Jahr Gebrauch zeigte sich, dass die Qualität nicht die beste ist. Die Reifen müssen ständig an der Tankstelle neu aufgepumpt werden, teile lockern sich oder leiern aus. Für knappe 1000€ hätten wir mehr erwartet!

Покатавшись осень и зиму на Anex L/Type я созрела на честный отзыв
Главное, что нужно понимать - это ГОРОДСКАЯ КОЛЯСКА. Стильная. Легкая. Маневренная. Гулять с ней по парку или аллее одно удовольствие. Огромный козырёк практически полностью закрывает люльку от ветра и любопытных глаз. Её легко и быстро можно сложить в багажник машины, даже с люлькой (люлька тоже складывается). Ткань не пропускает воду, капли просто стекают вниз. Так что дождь, в принципе, не страшен.
Но она абсолютно не приспособлена для бездорожья.. Снег, грязь и мелкие камушки моментально застревают в передних колёсах. И всё. Коляска не едет 🤦🏼♀️ приходится выковыривать все, что застряло.
Амортизация тоже так себе, на 3-ку. И на шопинг с ней не отправишься. Корзина хоть и большая, но запихнуть туда что-то - надо постараться, так как люлька расположена очень низко. Педаль тормоза находится вплотную к корзине, поэтому когда жмёшь на неё, пачкаешь корзину.
Вывода не будет. Это наша первая коляска. На какие мелочи нужно обращать внимание я не знала. Но менять коляску не планирую.

Ми звернулись у сервісний центр Анекс з приводу двох поломок - відломалось кріплення капюшону та зносився фіксатор спинки у прогулянковому блоці. Я не була впевнена, що це гарантійні випадки, та нам полагодили коляску абсолютно безкоштовно і надзвичайно оперативно - відправлення я зробила 26 грудня, а отримала вже готовий блок 30 грудня!
Щиро дякую вам, Анекс, за якість виробів та обслуговування!

Доброго дня! Була поломка з тормозами на нашій колясці l/type. Сервіс на висоті, справили по гарантії, і що дуже приємно прислали замінну раму на час ремонту! Ремонт здійснювався у сервісному центрі у Луцьку, Україна! Дякую, все швидко і якісно!

5 из 5 ! 03 декабря мы обращались в сервисный центр г. Москва, по гарантийному ремонту нашей l/type, в коляске был производственный брак. Мне сразу дали ответ, сказали что делать, и предложили еще одно шасси что бы я могла пользоваться пока наше шасси будет в ремонте. Но мы с ним пользовались всего 1 день, поскольок в сервисном центре быстро исправили дефект, и вернули нашу раму. Очень понравилось что компания сделала подарок. Спасибо.

Quería comentar que anex ha sido muy resolutivo conmigo,tuve un problema con mi primer carro, se pusieran en contacto conmigo, y el chico que lleva las incidencias de Ucrania me lo ha solucionado todo a la perfección y rápidamente me ha enviado un carro nuevo y también me han regalado una silla de paseo por todas las molestias, estoy muy agradecida y muy contenta con el servicio de Anex en especial con el chico de incidencias que en todo momento ha sido muy profesional conmigo, muy agradable y mantuvo su palabra.
