Exceptional service from TwoFifteen as a print-on-demand company. They have excellent customer service, super fast response times and always helpful. Impressive turnaround times and usually way ahead of time. Very happy with the quality of the products they supply, as are my customers from the reviews. Production time:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ really quick. So far everything has been within a matter of days.
Delivery time: again, very speedy. Standard 48 hours with choice to upgrade to 24 hour. All royal mail!

Product list: ⭐️⭐️⭐️Not as large as some, which is why I havent been able to move all my products across. Still, there's a decent selection.

Printing Techniques: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Sadly no AOP. But the DTG is really good. I have seen somewhere about embroidered items but can't find anything for hoodies, so maybe I'm missing something

Website: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is where I feel it is let down a bit. The product catalogue for my own designs is clunky. Updating designs and pushing them through to my website isn't a smooth, intuitive process. The designer is OK, not the best I have used, not the worst. It does the job but definitely room for improvement there.

Customer Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have used customer service twice. Once becuase a hoodie I ordered, after 3 weeks the from kangaroo pouch had come away at the stitch. Not their fault, and al the others have been great, so clearly a fault with the brand. They apologies and got me another one created and sent out right away. The second time, I ordered the wrong size, I emailed them right away they changed it in the order and the right size dispatched.

Price: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I think on par with others I have found. I can't say I have found them any cheaper, but certainly not more expensive.

Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So overall 4 of those stars. A really good company, I like that they're based in the UK as it reduces my delivery times. The smallish product inventory is something i can get around by using other UK/EU buisnesses, but the website really let's them down in my opinion. If they could work on that, I'd def give it a 5 star. Like I say, I can use the website but it is just very clunky.
