Value, quality and service. Communications was Generally prompt and effective. Team was easy to work with and flexible in dealing with any issues that arose.

Firstly they were late we were notified…
Firstly they were late we were notified by message the night before and the delivery morning.
Went to the wrong address.
Were concerned no wi fi and how would they check in?
10 mins later wandering around trying to connect to start thinking about the job at hand .
They took 1 hr to move an entertainment unit to the truck remaining items 16 items took 1 hr
3 items were wrapped the rest was packed at the front door these were light weight items .
The management of time and movement of goods to and from the truck could have been much quicker.
Was this their first job ?
In the end it was delivered to the address in one piece . Not cost effective for us the client

Fantastic team from start to finished
Fantastic team from quote, office then the removalist. The three men who attended were friendly, respectful and efficient. They ensured they handled my property with care and ensured everything was wrapped and protected if fragile. I would use them again.

Would be unlikely to use in future
The guys were polite and friendly however the 3hr booking, of relatively light work, seemed to accommodate two 10/15 mins breaks, which we ended up paying for.
The first was a break onsite after the first hour and the second appears to have happened in transit from the first to second location. We left the first location at the same time and they arrived at the second location at least 15/20 mins after us. The trip is a 15 min drive.
The second point I'd raise is that we asked them, as professional movers, to move furniture out of the house to the deck where it would then be collected by others. Three pieces were large leather lounge chairs that, rightly, needed a professional to do it safely.
Without any protection around the pieces the were pushing them through doorways, pushing leather along the metal of the sliding door frame and sill. I ended up intervening because I could see the damage occuring. I was surprised, when they realised how tight the fit would be, they didn't offer to wrap it in moving blankets and cover the sill they were dragging it over.
The leather on the couches was visibly damaged as a result.
While friendly, I'm unsure if they're actually professional movers. They certainly weren't as careful as I hoped they would be.
