The truck was on time yes
The truck was on time,
The 2 men were carefull with my furniture when packing the truck.
When arrived at new address they carried all furniture to its correct room.
They worked a solid 4 hours without any issues.
I would use them again. Price was reasonable for the heavy work and time it took.

The hours charged post call out fee…
The hours charged post call out fee were extremely high based on the job. It took 20 mins to load items at origin and significantly longer at drop off where we were not present. Very expensive exercise for moving 4 Pot plants. This used to be a well priced service but not anymore!

5 star move, 2 star customer service
The move was five stars, the customer service and quoting behind the desk was horrendous. Second time have used them, if not for the repeated phone discussions of frustration they’d be 6 star for the actual moving.

Hi, first of all we are very sorry for the experience you had during your booking process. Rest assured all the constructive feedback that we receive is noted down to ensure that there is no consistent behaviours amongst our teams. We also pass this information onto our Sales team. Thank you for your kind review for our removalist team, we will make sure that our Operations team will be informed of the team's awesome job. Again, on behalf of TMAAT we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
My bigger than expected move with a happy ending
The 2 guys arrived on time. I underestimated the volume of furniture that I had as well as the number of boxes eg 30 not 10 despite the office having a checklist that they went through with me. So they had to do 2 fully loaded trips instead of one.
Even though it was my error they remained on the job with good cheer until it was finished (7.00pm)..
I would definitely use them again.

110kg marble coffee table down long concrete stairs
I contacted Eric at Two Men and a truck for help moving a 110kg fragile marble coffee table down a long flight of architectural Concrete stairs. Not an easy job! He assured me they would be careful and efficient and handle it easily.
They did exactly that, they could not have done a better job or been more efficient.
Fantastic service, we will use them again and happy to recommend.
