Tyentusa Avis 

I purchased a water ionizer a few months ago and for various reasons i decided to return it.
i have to say that we are actually missing it a lot and i see that it really did what it promised. I delt with Jeff, a wonderful rep at tyent and he was fair and personal about my return, going above and beyond to give me a positive experience. the unit is rather large, a little more techy than i'm comfortable with (i am afraid of malfunction) and it was very strong, i sometimes needed to reset the gfi when using another appliance in a connected outlet. all in all, if you are considering tyent, i recommend them as a motivated, eager to please and fair company. Tyent has very responsive customer service. They spent a half an hour to help me calibrate my machine properly. The water tastes great. The voice assistant has saved me a wet mess more than once. With the lifetime warranty I know the only thing I have to buy is filters. Their filters remove PFAS and Arsenic which is my biggest concerns with tap water living next to and Airforce Base. I am happy to know my children are not being exposed to chemicals in the water and the fact they actually drink it vs taking vitamins is nice too.
