Purchased 2 echo flasks in 2025

Purchased 2 echo flasks in 2025. One of them was DOA and not working. They replaced it. The other one has been working for roughly 6 months and then it stopped building pressure, which is required for the ionization process to work. Customer service continues to send me cookie cutter responses that the flask is working with little regard to my explanation that the cap is physically loose and there's no pressure building up. Don't waste your money with Echo. Buy the H2 tablets instead. At least then you'll know you're actually getting hydrogen water instead of getting gaslit that your broken device is working because there's bubbles.

The best investment for my health

I’m so happy with my ECHO hydrogen water system! I’ve noticed a real difference in my daily energy levels and overall wellness since I started using it. The quality is top-notch, and it’s honestly one of the best investments I’ve made for my health. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cellular difference!

Misleading “No Exclusions” 35% promotion sent to UK customers then refused – disgraceful

I received an email from Echo Water on Friday offering 35% off sitewide with the code RESET35. The email was crystal clear: “No fine print. No hoops. No exclusions.” I tried the code, it failed, so I contacted customer service.
Marcos from the sales team replied that the Presidents’ Day promotion was “available to U.S. customers only” and offered me a pathetic 15% on the Echo Flask instead. When I pointed out that the email contained no mention whatsoever of any geographic restriction, he admitted the promotion had been sent to me by mistake and that the wording “no exclusions” was misleading. He then checked with his supervisor and confirmed they would not honour the 35% they had advertised to me.
For context, I had previously bought the earlier model via Healf in the UK and had to return both the original and the replacement because the cap developed blue mould. I had been waiting for a genuine promotion to try the new version, and this email made me ready to buy immediately.
Echo Water’s response? Refuse the deal they promoted, apologise for the “confusion,” and leave me with nothing. Sending a US-only offer to UK customers with language that explicitly says “no exclusions” is deceptive advertising, plain and simple. They should have honoured the 35% they promised. Instead they chose to protect their margins over basic honesty.
I will not be buying from Echo Water again. This experience has shown me exactly how the company treats customers outside the US when their own mistake is pointed out. Avoid them.

bad bottle? even worse customer service

I bought this bottle at a Biohacking conference in the UK. It was very highly recommended at the event so I didn't do proper research and now deeply regret it. You can read the negative reviews here and on Healf.
It promises a lot but unfortunately my first bottle cracked. Then they sent me a new bottle - that was great customer service and I was impressed. But turns out I was probably just lucky to find that one person that was helpful. Because the second bottle they sent me is not charging properly and now the app is not working either.
And now I cannot get any help. Been trying for over 3 weeks. No one is replying to my emails - except for an automated "Did we solve your problem?". And no, you did not solve my problem at all. There was never even any attempt. I have even called them and was told I will get an email. Nothing.
Even if the product was great - which at this point I am highly doubting though it's hard to tell considering they sent me a faulty bottle - it would be pointless if their customer service is so abysmal. It's a very expensive bottle, one would really expect at least decent customer service.

BUYER BEWARE This was a $500AUD purchase and right now it feels very scammy!
Support is very frustrating, all AI. Zero chat response and some email response.
The app firmware update is stuck and the app won't work. Lots of email response about returning the echo flask but nothing on how to fix the problem. Also the charger is not compatible with Australian powerpoints. BUYER BEWARE

Can't get any help from customer…

Can't get any help from customer support. E-mailed and customer support answered 2 days later with the same website link and video I had already watched, and told them I had already tried those options to get the flask lid open. So no help there. I called twice and was on hold for 10-15 minutes each time and then they send you to voicemail after making you sit on there for 10-15 minutes each time. No one has ever called me back and when I login to my account the phone call requests don't even shop up with a ticket, so I think they're just ignoring the voicemails. I've submitted a request for a return with refund but it shows they're only going to give me store credit and I don't want anything from this store at this point. I need a store that provides excellent products and support. This one does not.

I absolutely love my EchoH2O flask

I absolutely love my EchoH2O water flask. From the first time I used it, I could feel the difference. The water tastes cleaner, smoother, and somehow more refreshing than anything I’ve had from a regular bottle. It’s become a daily essential for me.

I bought the echo flask because I did…

I bought the echo flask because I did comparison of the others and they seemed to have the most thorough quality check. It is an amazing bottle. no strange after taste, really clean water. I had an issue with my lid and customer service replaced it right away.

The Truth About Echo Go+’s 5-Year Warranty (It’s a Scam)

Paid $250+ for Echo Go+ in 2024. Failed after 1.5 years. Warranty covers only 75% in year 2 – I had to pay $81.25 plus shipping to Sweden. And the fine print? You only get one replacement ever. If that “replacement” (which could have been sitting on a shelf for years) fails, even after a week, you get nothing. Warranty is worthless.

They market a 5-year warranty, but it’s really: valid once, reduced by 25% each year, no resets unless you pay even more to “upgrade.”

Poor quality, hidden costs, misleading terms. In my view – a scam. Buy H2Tab instead.
