Brilliant company
Brilliant experience having UKalternativeenergy install my Valliant Air Source Hear Pump.
Always kept me up to date at every stage from system design, quotation, installation and commissioning.
Alex, Dan and Graham (the installation tradesmen) were fantastic. The install is very neat, tidy and compact, with great attention to detail.
System has been working brilliantly since it was installed over a month ago, even in the recent cold weather November/December.
Very happy customer who will be returning for a Solar installation in the new year.

A great experience
A great experience: the advice from Derrick to explain what was involved in having an Air Source Heat Pump and underfloor heating system was clear and the quote well presented. The design and installation was excellent and now we are living in the house all is working well.

Excellent company to deal with
Started work on the arranged day, little delay in finishing due to items not available, but not a problem. Work men very pleasant and willing to answer any questions put to them. Very tidy with no mess left on site. Scaffold company kept us informed on when they would erect and dismantle. Hand over was a good chance to ask ay questions and would certainly recommend this company.

We have already had dealings with Alternative Energy for our airsource heating system which we were really happy with their service etc, so it was an obvious choice to use them again for our solar and battery installation. Solar panels and heat pump installed highly recommend.
We had solar panels and a heat pump installed and were very impressed with the service from the initial estimates to the completion. The company kept us fully informed on everything even arranging the installation to fit in with our busy schedule. All of the workers who came to our house were very professional and polite. They offered suggestions along the way and were very particular in minimising the disruption during the installation and left the place extremely clean.
I would highly recommend them to anyone considering installing solar panels or a heat pump.

Powerwall 3 extension pack
Once again UK Alternative Energy didn't disappoint. Ordered a extension battery for the Powerwall 3 which was fitted within 2 weeks of receiving the quote. Once again staff who fitted it were punctual, helpful and tidy. I am sure any questions we may have in the future will be answered to our satisfaction by Steve. Only complaint since fitted, the sun hasn't made a full appearance to see it's full potential.

I was impressed with a presentation…
I was impressed with a presentation given by their M.D to our local engineering society on the benefits of heat pumps, Solar PV and battery storage. I subsequently contacted the company, obtained several quotes for battery storage and settled on the Tesla Powerwall 3. Installation was straightforward and completed within 3-4 hrs. I had one or two queries on the interpretation of the displayed performance on my mobile phone, but these were quickly put to bed after I was invited back to their showroom where the actual performance of my system was explained via a wide screen display in ‘real time’.
A first class organisation that I can thoroughly recommend.

Job very well done
Excellent workman ship. The boys / men who fitted it were very professional helpful and friendly. The whole job was finished in 1 day ( day before scaffolding put in by another company) would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have solar or heat pump fitted . From our point of view , so far on the Tesla App we’re almost self sufficient!
