Penguin Homes Group Ltd Avis

Very well organised and very mindful of my disability

The sales guy was very professional, not pushy, give us a price, we negotiated a price and a payment plan which suited or budget, the installation guys not U.K. nationals, but worked very hard, did a great job and were very polite.would recommend them.

So pleased from start to finish no mess all sorted with old Fiberglass taken a job well done and a nice guy as well .

All part of the installation was explained
Very efficient from the sales rep to the installers, no mess after they finished.
Would highly recommend

The delivery and installation of foil insulation was outstanding. Morgan and Lucas who had travelled 4 hours to get to us were two of the hardest working young men I have come across in a very long time. Refreshing really. The whole system was professional and efficient with the job completed in 11 hours.

Great price, neat and tidy work very satisfied and would recommend them.

2 good young man explained what they where doing. Did the job and took all the old foam away and cleaned up. Just waiting for a guarantee/warranty of work done and before and after pictures. Thanks

Very polite people from start finish would recomend any time

Excellent work, tidy work team quite no blasting radio ,very polite guys Very honest and their work is excellent No mess when finished .No complaints at all would recommend this company Penguin homes to everyone
Thank you for your service

The 2 workers were excellent in making sure the work was done to a high standard and all was left clean and tidy. Although they had not been given the correct details which meant it was not possible to do the job in one day, they came back at unsocial hours to complete the work. They had to fit in with other commitments but were determined to do all to an excellent standard

Surveyor was helpful ,explaining clearly everything that was going to be done and why it needed doing. The young men that came to install the super foil were very efficient and friendly, they also did an excellent job at clearing up after themselves .I would recommend this firm to anyone who needed loft insulation.

Arrived on time and proceeded with installation. They worked non stop until completion and cleaned up to a very high standard upon finishing.

Very helpful and efficient from the start.
Ewan explained things well and promptly organised the installation.
Sam worked quietly and proficiently, showed me what he had done and left everything clean and tidy.
I was very impressed by the whole experience.

Penguin Homes called me 'cold' but I decided that I needed advice on insulation so made an appointment. The surveyor came and took time to explain everything with me both before going into my loft and after he'd been up. He showed me photographs of my loft and I agreed with him that the current fibre glass insulation was in a very poor state. He explained the options and I went for rockwool between the joists. The men fitting it were very polite, efficient and professional. They vaccumed up the whole stairs area on completion and took away all of the old material. It was all one at a reasonable price.

Very efficient - arrived on time and was informative at every step. Cleared away old lagging, covered roof with new (updated) foil coated lagging and even took photos of finished job - sent them through by email.

Excellent staff, respected my property, left it clean & tidy after the job was done. The loft insulation job was well done too.

There was only one installer to do two tasks and he did an excellent job finishing both in one day.He kept us informed of what was happening whilst doing the tasks and we are very pleased with the results

The two young men arrived within the specified time. They were personable, able to explain a problem that arose and sort it out by contacting their gaffer. They made a good job of clearing up afterwards. They only took 15 minutes for lunch.
It seems a good firm to deal with

The two men raved at 9 o’clock like I was told they set to work and worked all day they tidied up after themselves and after a bit of trouble on my part trying to pay the money I did in the end get my bank to pay them, I was pleased with the work and for it it was a very good job.
