Penguin Homes Group Ltd Avis

Communication with everyone was great. Team who arrived to carry out the work were friendly, helpful and polite.

Arrived quarter of an hour early, which was good considering the distance they traveled.
Clean, and friendly men.
Left everything tidy.
It was a very hot day, so it must have been uncomfortable in my loft.

The two Pen guin employees were hard working, two brief breaks in a 10 hour shift. They were polite ,affable and completed a very neat looking job. Thanks very much.

Overall the experience was good. Disappointed that first visit was cancelled at last minute due to vehicle failure and re-sheduled. On the visit only one person arrived as the assistant called in sick. The result was that only half the job could be done on the very hot day. The fitter worked very hard within the limitations and removed all the old insulation. This was over 90 full bags. It was collected the following day. The job was then rescheduled for the saturday when 2 fitters arrived and started the installation. Rick and Damian worked exceptionally hard and completed the job. They then showed me what they had done. 5 stars to both these fitters. They were exceptionally hard workers, pleasant, efficient and dedicated. All credit to them.
I think overall the job was slightly underestimated but successful at its completion. Based on this experience I would recommend the overall team.

Good service
On time , no noise, tidy
Workmen very polite

Good work and explanations, John went to great lengths to complete the job perfectly.

Got on with the work-very clean when finished

Installer arrived promptly introduced himself and explained what the day involved. Set up his eniqument an got to work.Left my property has he found it when work completed. Took time to answer my questions an show me photos of the work he had done.

Polite, efficient work force despite the extraordinary temperatures. Promised to complete in one day and they delivered

Recently had incorrectly installed spray foam removed (installed by different company) that was causing moisture issues in the loft, and replaced with superfoil, they actually showed me the build up of water that came out of the spray foam itself, very glad that it’s been removed properly. Hardly any mess left behind and same day waste removal was impressive, well done Team Penguin!

I recently had super foil insulation installed by Penguin Homes, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. They carefully removed all the old fiberglass insulation, ensuring everything was cleaned up thoroughly before starting the installation of the foil product.

The installers were professional and polite throughout. I would highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their insulation with minimal fuss and maximum quality. Great job all around!

Great service from Penguin Homes when they recently came out to advise on loft insulation. Very transparent and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend. 🌟

We had our loft super foiled. Fantastic work, the guys were very polite and friendly. I was really impressed with how fast the rubbish was removed. The guys weren't the cheapest quote I had however I felt more comfortable and confident using them because the guy who quoted us was professional & really seemed to have the most in-depth knowledge and answered all our concerns. There was no hard sell and I think that goes a long way. I would recommended penguin homes to anyone.
