Good communication
Good communication from David at Penguin who was also flexible in fitting in with our schedule. Also from the 2 installers who arrived on time, very courteous and informative and did a good job in rather difficult conditions.

Loft survey
Friendly. Explained everything good and bad and showed photos and damp readings of the loft. Was good to see what was previously done 15 years ago. Wasn't pushy and explained options and costs involved.
