Bingo dabber
Ordered a bingo dabber which was leaking and leaked and went through the full book and onto the table but because I didn't have photos of it all they wouldn't do anything and just kept asking for photos when I didn't take photos of the table.

Disappointing Customer Service – No Order Confirmation or Response
I placed an order a few days ago and never received an order confirmation email. Concerned about the status of my purchase, I reached out to customer service, but no one has responded. It’s frustrating to be left in the dark with no updates or assistance. I expected better communication and reliability. Very disappointed with this experience.
