I ordered from Uk Office Direct specifically because they offered next day delivery. Unfortunately the items turned up 2 days later than needed.

We do advise to allow 2 working days for deliveries, to allow for issues outside of our control. It looks like the courier did attempt delivery but struggled to gain access to the address.

A poor experience
Unfortunately a very poor experience. My order comprised of just two items. The first item was delivered quite promptly but the second did not appear! I waited and then received an email informing me my item had been broken in transit and a new one would be sent. Despite waiting a further few days, and emailing .. I’ve had no response. And my item hasn’t appeared … I just want my money back now. Very poor service. Not impressed.

I am sorry that your order was short delivered, I can see that the Glass Water was damaged in transit. We did send a replacement order however this was then held with the courier.
I can only apologise for the issues on this order, but can confirm that we have issued a refund for the Water that was not delivered and this will be back with you within 14 days.
