Missing purchase
We still have not received one of the purchases. I rang up about it & was told it had been left in the warehouse. I want a refund or the purchase replaced.

I like the delivery service but I didn't find the on line ordering process straightforward. It was difficult to go straight to the paying method without being encouraged to buy more products. I took several attempts to complete.

Dont order from the Company
I ordered a office desk for my work and got next day delivery on a thursday for this, i got hold of the delivery company and they have said I am not due the item till monday. I Phoned up the customer services team and all they had to say was it was suppose to happen today then I was hung up on after this. Absolute joke stay away from them. They say they pride themselves on keeping buisnesss running..
