The team really helped me from the beginning. Faheem was fantastic then Noran took over and she was amazing they took it step by step for me and that helped me a lot due to my ADHD. And Sarah worked behind the scenes.

Since the moment I started my application with platinum I’ve received nothing but incredible help and support, Faheem, Nouran and Sarah have just been the most amazing support, each step of the process was explained in detail, and it was so fast and so well done! I can’t thank them and the team enough for believing in me and pushing me into my next journey, they’ve helped me to start a new chapter I never thought I’d be able to do, and they’re just the loveliest people to do this journey with, a big thank you to Faheem, Sarah and Nouran and the rest of platinum education, you guys are the best!!

At first I was scared as I’ve never been through this process before but when I was put into contact with the Agent Mel he was very helpful and understanding of my situation and assisted me step by step onto helping me get onto the course on the 10th of august I went for my induction/interview now on the 11th of august I have received my offer. I got in contact with faheem just over a month ago who represents platinum services thinking I couldn’t get in to university.Faheem kept his promise and told me I could and made sure I got my interview at the university im going to and yesterday I finally got my university offer.Hes been nothing but amazing and kind couldnt thank him enough .

So, I saw the Ad on YouTube and decided to take a chance. Little did I know a great gentleman called Tanaka was going to lead me on the best experience ever! I was skeptical but soon as he started talking me through the process, I felt like I was at the right place. Tanaka is very patient, polite, and very encouraging. I think if it had been somebody else, I probably wouldn't have gone through with the programme. He is excellent, supportive and extremely relatable. A gem. The university enrollment process was a really positive experience, and I’m very grateful for the support I received throughout it. Everything was explained clearly, and the steps became much easier to complete with the right guidance. A special thank you goes to my friend Jack, who helped me every step of the way. Jack was patient, supportive, and always willing to answer my questions whenever I felt unsure.
