From the word go, both Mel and Mo (the lovely staff who assisted me every step of the way to applying to uni) were really supportive, friendly and helpful. They were really understanding of my career history and what led me to wanting to apply to university. Everyone was patient, supportive and genuinely wanted to help. Even when I had to complete my application a second time due to setbacks, they were absolutely brilliant.

Iv recently been applying for a position at arden University through platinum education services. It wasn't easy to say the elast we were set many obstacles and difficulties along the way but Anum at platinum never gave up once and made sure we met all of the uni's requirements. She been absolutely lovely always made sure what ever needed doing to get me into uni was done. I'd strongly recommend anyone wanted to apply to use platinum and to use Anum if shes available as she will not stop until you are in. 5 stars for me for platinum and for Anum.

A credit to alternative methods of joining education.

I had a fantastic experience with Platinum Services! Thanks to their help i’ll be starting my foundation year in Uni in September and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support and information they have provided me as I had no idea I could go to Uni without any college qualifications. A massive thank you to Nahidul for getting the process started for me and for providing me with detailed information on how the whole process works and was always available whenever I had a question about anything and for being there every step of the way.
