Do not use this company unless you want to give your money away.
The company said they would do the following copied from their quote .
they only sent me back the address that i gave them from the electoral register which everyone has access to and is only updated once a year so is often out of date.
£120 for nothing no wonder they make you pay first before returning the information that you gave them.

As you can see, the additional (free items) are only provided where available - we do not know what is available with an address until we have traced said address. On this occasion, as per our report, NO further details were available. Except for the additional details, we DID supply.
Furthermore, the electoral roll does not provide FULL dates of birth and details such as the fact that the individual has just renewed their insurances at the traced address.
You asked us to confirm whether the traced person was alive or deceased, and we duly did so, providing you with additional FREE information. I really am not sure how much more we could have provided you with, for the fee quoted and within the quote agreed by you.
Your post is defamatory in the respect that it misrepresents the service you have received from us (the precise service to which you agreed, before we agreed to take your case).

I am really surprised as a first time user who had some doubts. The trace took less than 24 hours. I am happy how quickly UKPrivateinvesigators.com was able get this information of my trace request to me with accuracy. Even though the person I was trying to trace was so evasive and in denial with the information once presented. The commisioning of UKPrivateinvesigators.com was a great success, and worth every penny. I would never have been able to trace the person in question without them. If you are looking to locate someone then go find another company do not waste your money on this one. Rude, aggressive and threatening. I put my daughters phone number by autofill accident and she later showed me the messages which were shocking at the least and scary for her as she didn't have a clue why she was being threatened with court if she didn't give them £120. After payment was made they supplied an address for a retirement home.......... for a 39 year old. Complete waste of money having found out that he was on the run after escaping from prison so didn't have an address. Laughable really what a joke this company is. Avoid them give your money to a company who can actually do what they charge you for.
I have sent trustpilot Integrity screenshots of my daughters phone messages from you .

UKPI performing background checks on an individual of interest
I used UKPI to perform background checks on an individual after I was let down by another investigation firm.
UKPI responded to my initial query within 5 minutes. They produced their report within 72 hours as they had promised, and that included a bank holiday.
I would recommend UKPI to others who require similar work to be done.

BEFORE PAYMENT 'we find the person' AFTER PAYMENT 'it appears to be so'. Apparently, it is unprofessional to confirm if someone is alive if not seen. Ok, so what does the statement 'the person is found' suggest?? Only time will tell if the address is useful.
Very keen to tell you NO MORE INFORMATION found, imagine after being quite vulnerable in your initial query. LIKE PULLING STONE to get answers. If you decide to use them, ask every question under the sun as it relates to the 'report' and don't give up. It is not a free service.
still waiting for a question to be answered as they claimed an email address I was querying was not part of the trace spec when it was. they latched on to the fact that I asked if the email address was fake. NOT INTERESTED IN THAT. Why did you say the email address wasn't part of the spec when it was? You haven't completed your search. What date was the earliest live hit on the address? respond to my email.

08/04/2021 FURTHER EDIT** they have now sent an email and suggested that I wrote a review AFTER they had answered all of my questions. and AFTER they had explained the difference between two services offered. FALSE. At the point of writing the review there were outstanding questions left unanswered. I also felt the need to relay my cold experience with them.

Thank you for post. We have, on many occasions, tried to reason with you and have shown you the entire email chain from your initial enquiry, through to report. This email chain clearly shows exactly what we quoted and what you asked us to do. It is also very clear to see that we duly provided exactly what you asked for and for which we agreed and quoted, within the timescales quoted. We also answered every one of the seven emails you sent us within 2 hrs. As you have decided to post this, quite frankly malicious, unfounded and somewhat defamatory post, we have had no alternative other than to defend our business by explicitly responded via Trustpilot.
During another conversation with you, we advised that the only way to absolutely confirm her living status, was to place her or her address under surveillance. We provide you with a fee quote for this work and you chose the less expensive address trace option. We duly advised you of exactly what would or could e included in the report. At no stage did we agree to reverse trace or check email addresses. Despite this, we actually did so for free and sent you the details of those checks.
I am not sure what else we could have done for you. You seemed to want more than we quoted for and more than we agreed to provide you before we took your case. I am sorry that you felt the need to be malicious but we did everything we said we would do and everything you asked us to do within the fee that we quoted. We told you this before you decided to post on here.
