Outstanding service from order to delivery
Outstanding service from ordering to delivery, Hiab driver was literally the friendliest, relaxed and most helpful person I’ve dealt with in years, especially important with a bit of an logistically odd / stressful product like aggregates being delivered to a terraced house! Rang ahead of the delivery slot to check the best route / place to unload, 5 stars isn’t enough for the service - please make sure this driver gets some recognition! Can’t comment on the MOT-3 sub base yet as it’s still in the bag…and well it’s a sub base, as long as it does the job for the price it was an absolute bargain!

The product is great
The product is great, but there was a lot of confusion regarding whether you could deliver to my house. This lead to me phoning many places to see if the product could be delivered there but they said no. In the end I chanced it and there was no problem with delivery to my house. You really lost a customer as a consequence.

Good service and product.
Good service on both buying the product (slate) and the customer service in upgrading the order. NB that when buying by the 800kg bags, the slate is cheap to buy compared to the delivery costs, as I realised when I saw that a half bag (400kg) is only £15 cheaper than a whole one. Although I wanted only 1.5 bags it turned out that I had no trouble in using up two! Could even have used more! Will come back to UK Stone Direct in the future.

Great service and product
Great service and product! After making an error in ordering, I was helped very quickly to get a refund and then placed the correct order. Bag of slate arrived very quickly, delivery driver very helpful in placing the pallet exactly where we needed it.
