An improvement on the lock which was in my previous patio doors which when broken could not be replaced

2 x front door Ultion keys ordered via Lock Fitter Ltd as NHS staff get discount. Email received from Ultion who asked me to grant permission for Lock Fitter Ltd to action my request which I granted by email. Keys delivered by DPD 48 hours after request was done on a Sunday. Tested keys and they work.Excellent customer service provided by Ultion, Lock Fitter Ltd and DPD.

Shambolic re-ordering process. Company failed to send verification email so keys were delayed, then tried to cover it up with an email days later. Complacent customer service, who knows when I will get my money back.

The customer service was appalling, no trace of concern when reporting my keys had not been delivered, and the associated picture from the DPD Courier was not even of my home. I had to call twice as the first time they cut me off.
An eventual call back, but by that time it was too late for the driver to make the correct delivery, I had waited in all day as they are security keys, no compensation was offered for such a bad service.

The lock came with a new door and frame as part of a "secure by design" package. My only connection with Ultion was to register the keys for their guarantee. I had no problems with that.

I'm a new customer so at the moment things seen to be ok.

Head office hung up on me when I was on with a query- maybe we were just cut off but they didn’t even try call me back!! Very poor customer service and extortionate prices

Quality of lock and the handle is very robust and strong compare to my old one, I would recommend to any one replacing or fit on new door for strong security.

Excellent Service. Our new composite front door fitted with an Ultion high security lock, developed a fault whereby the key was stuck in the lock. As the lock was under guarantee I contacted the company who responded immediately with a link, allowing me to upload images and video of the lock and keys insitu. This was very easy to complete and within a couple of hours I received an email back confirming Ultion would send a new lock and keys, which I received the very next day!
This was definitely one of the very best examples of customer service I have ever received and can wholeheartedly recommend this company without reservation. 10/10!

Ultion Lock company is amazing, I spoke to a lovely lady called Pippa (based in the UK) and after giving her my key reference numbers the order was placed and shipped to my home address within two days. Ultion Keys are unique and you can have a tracker and a light fitted for a very reasonable price. I felt comfortable speaking to Pippa and she had an in depth knowledge of her company and the quality product. Customer service satisfaction five stars and I will always use them in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Update:- The keys arrived the next day by DPD and they were colour coded which was a nice touch 👍

Incredibly slow in sorting out any issues, emails not replied to, incorrect information given. Gives zero confidence in company being able to help when needed.
