Ultion Lock Avis 

I recently bought an Ultion Nuki Lock and, to be honest, the whole experience left me pretty disappointed.

When the package arrived, the Nuki smart lock part wasn't sealed, and as soon as I opened it I could see fingerprints and oily/greasy marks all over the lock and handle. It genuinely looked like it had already been opened, handled, or even used before. That's not what you expect when paying for a new product.

I contacted Ultion to raise the issue, but their response was surprising. I was simply told that it was "normal". I expected a bit more understanding given how the product arrived. To make matters worse, they said that if I wanted to return it, I'd have to arrange and pay for the return shipping myself.

In the end, I decided to keep and install the lock because I didn't want the hassle and extra cost of returning it. While it's working fine so far, I'm not happy that I felt pushed into accepting something that didn't seem brand new.

My biggest concern now is what happens if I have a problem in the future. Hopefully their warranty and after-sales support are better than their sales experience.

The only positive thing I can say is that the installation was genuinely quick and easy. The instructions and videos on the website were clear, and I had it fitted in no time.

Overall, the product seems okay, but the condition it arrived in and the customer service response were not what I'd expect from a premium brand.

Mihai was very nice and he quickly changed three locks. He didn't leave until he ensured I knew how the locks worked. He also explained all the instructions and told me how to secure the locks. Excellent service!

Great lock easy to use.

With the ultion key security products that are very good they make you feel really safe more than a normal key, when I was going to move house the first thing I knew I had to have was an ultion key as they are a trust worthy product with the extra security of knowing that they are police endorsed as a great secure product

Had an issue with a lock I bought a few years ago. Even though I messaged on the weekend everything was sorted within 48 hours. I would definitely buy from the brand given how well they have dealt with any issues

Your expert fitter, along with his delightful son, worked like Trojans to fit my door in only 2 1/2 hours, done and dusted. Left everything beautifully clean and tidy and could not have been more pleasant and efficient. Everything from beginning to end was explained with absolute clarity and my instructions re my chosen design were followed to the letter; your staff were most efficient on the telephone and by email and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Not much to say. Got a new door so I can get out (I'm disabled). Had to get spare keys for it. Got some for years down the line as, for me, it was expensive and I didn't know if they would do me an offer later.
