Ultion Lock Avis 

I cannot find a local retailer of Ultion lubricant in their shop. It seems it's only sold on line. No good for some people. Surely the installation company should sell or give the customer some Ultion lubricant - those customers are spending a lot of money on doors and windows!

Would be 0 given the choice! Composite door put in 6 years ago - rental property. Unaware you are supposed to LUBRICATE THE LOCK EVERY 6 MONTHS. As the door has an indoor turnkey to lock I had never actually used the outdoor key. When I did use the original key it was very difficult to get in the lock and turn. Seeing the marks on the bottom of the key slot it looked like the tenants had similar difficulties. I ordered 2 new keys and the lubricant. One of the new keys I managed to eventually get in the lock and turn. The other one would not go into the lock completely and was useless. Contacted Ultion to try and get someone out to check the lock - no way as only a 5 year warranty (the door is guaranteed for 10 years with the fantastic company - Sheffield Window centre - they have just changed the bathroom window handle that was put in the same time as the door FOC:-) Ution will not check the lock - in any case to keep the warranty it has to be lubricated every 6 months so they wouldn't have come out prior to the 5 years anyway?? First person I spoke to - we should only replace the key that doesn't work but I'll refund it. She put the phone down - I was very frustrated! The next person I spoke to offered a refund on both keys but again, no one will come out to check the lock. MAKE SURE YOU ARE LUBRICATING ULTION LOCKS OR ANY SUPPOSED WARRENTY THEY OFFER IS INVALIDATED!! Or even better get CISA lock and keys - make of our front door lock. Keys have always worked well - extra keys just ordered also work well AND NO NEED TO LUBRICATE EVERY 6 MONTHS!!! (Just contacted Sheffield Window Centre - they will go and check the lock FOC :-) :-) :-)

Interior lock jammed within 2 days just after I received the 6 extra keys I ordered and paid £119 for and now my door supplier Moray Glass has had to replace the lock and are trying to sort out replacement keys for me

like the fact that the lock is super strong by giving customers money if someone can break in using the lock. makes me feel confident that you have our best interest by making a very strong lock and hopefully no one will have to claim the money given to you.

Everything went smoothly

Ultion Lock contacted us via email informing us that someone had requested to make a copy of the key / lock code at our tenanted property which we could either accept / reject. We rejected the request as we had not been asked permission by the tenant or the letting agent. With a phone call to Ultion Lock they were able to confirm which key code had been requested which was very helpful.

The lock barrel supplied - a replacement - functions as it should, smoothly and efficiently - unlike it's predecessor, also an Ultion product, which was, from date of installation, awkward and difficult.

the lock came with the new door - and like most companies you make a purchase ( 2 extra keyss) and then you flooded with offers and discounts......how many keys can any household want for a door

I recently bought an Ultion Nuki Lock and, to be honest, the whole experience left me pretty disappointed.

When the package arrived, the Nuki smart lock part wasn't sealed, and as soon as I opened it I could see fingerprints and oily/greasy marks all over the lock and handle. It genuinely looked like it had already been opened, handled, or even used before. That's not what you expect when paying for a new product.

I contacted Ultion to raise the issue, but their response was surprising. I was simply told that it was "normal". I expected a bit more understanding given how the product arrived. To make matters worse, they said that if I wanted to return it, I'd have to arrange and pay for the return shipping myself.

In the end, I decided to keep and install the lock because I didn't want the hassle and extra cost of returning it. While it's working fine so far, I'm not happy that I felt pushed into accepting something that didn't seem brand new.

My biggest concern now is what happens if I have a problem in the future. Hopefully their warranty and after-sales support are better than their sales experience.

The only positive thing I can say is that the installation was genuinely quick and easy. The instructions and videos on the website were clear, and I had it fitted in no time.

Overall, the product seems okay, but the condition it arrived in and the customer service response were not what I'd expect from a premium brand.
