I’m currently completing a full utility room refurbishment and wanted a high\-quality LED lighting solution that would complement the new cabinetry and overall finish\.

After looking at various options, I chose Ultra LEDs for their range of COB LED strips, aluminium profiles, drivers and control systems\. Their website made it easy to put together a complete setup tailored to my project\.

I particularly liked the flexibility of being able to specify warm white 3000K lighting and a discreet recessed installation, giving the cabinetry a clean, professional finish\.

The range of products and accessories available is excellent, and the ordering process was straightforward\.

I’m looking forward to getting everything installed and seeing the finished result\. Based on my experience so far, I’d happily recommend Ultra LEDs to anyone planning a kitchen, utility room or bespoke lighting project\.

Superb. 3m LED profiles delivered in strong tube. No damage at all. Packaged with care. Arrived quickly with FedEx - no issues. Good quality equipment for a professional finish to my acoustic panels. I needed to order some equipment for a fairly complicated installation, but didn't quite know what I needed or what was available. I contacted Ultra LED's and spoke to a support guy - Jack Howorth.

What a fantastic knowledgeable individual.
Jack took time to understand the project, offered various solutions and explained in detail what I needed, how I could complete the work in the most cost effective way, and how one solution was better than another.

I now feel totally competent to complete the work.

Jack finished the call by sending a detailed quote and then explaining line by line what each item was, and how it was to be used.

Fantastic service, no AI or robots, just someone who clearly knows his job and product inside out, and actually cares about Customers.

After agreeing quote, payment link sent and delivery options explained. I will not go anywhere else for any product that Ultra offers.

I contacted Ultra LEDs for advice on an LED setup for my workspace and Oliver was extremely helpful. He took the time to go through what I needed, recommended the right profile and components, and revised the quote to suit how I actually wanted to use the lighting. He also arranged for the LED strip to be cut to my exact measurement with the cable pre-soldered, which will make installation much easier.

Really helpful, knowledgeable service from Oliver and I’d happily use Ultra LEDs again.

I dealt with Oliver Howarth-Campion. The whole process was really smooth he responded quickly to many questions and provided a detailed quote. He called me to take payment and immediately issued a replacement for an item damaged in transit.

Oliver in Sales went the extra mile to answer all my questions about my proposed installation and was very helpful in liaising with their technical section to confirm what I planned was feasible. Thereafter he advised on the most suitable channels and LED product. The prompt despatch was greatly appreciated!

Oliver was absolutely superb from start to finish. Ordered just before 4pm for next day delivery. Fingers crossed the product is as good as the service!

I gave Oliver a tricky (cost effective for me) issue to try and supply some LED strips in 2 different cupboards with 1 driver... It took a few a goes to get the parts right, but he always had time to hear the problems and resolve them. He threw in free postage and a part too. Really good customer service!

I spoke with jack howeth , whom was very helpful for what I needed, without his expertise and pleasant manor I wouldn’t have known what to purchase and how to go about it 10/10 if my product is as good as his knowledge and experience I will be very happy, I will leave another review once installed and hopefully be using this company again . The website was easy to follow when researching and ordering. The communication emails and updates were on the too. I received all my order on time too and well packaged. I received absolutely outstanding customer service from Oliver at Ultra LEDs.

I contacted Ultra LEDs because I was planning a fairly complicated RGB+CCT LED lighting setup for my kitchen and needed help making sure I had the correct components and specifications. Oliver went above and beyond to help me.

He took the time to look at my measurements, calculate the requirements, recommend the correct driver and cabling, provide links to suitable products and answer numerous technical questions along the way.

Most importantly, I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase.

He genuinely seemed interested in helping me understand the system and get the project right.

What really stood out was his patience. I had a lot of questions, and Oliver continued to respond with clear and helpful advice throughout. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare.

I'm now planning another, more ambitious LED lighting project for my living room, and Oliver is the first person I want to speak to for advice.

Close to a hundred emails and phone calls over 2 years to resolve: 3 failed Syndeo LED strips/switches that each lasted less than a month with the lowest possible build quality, 2 missed refunds (taking 7 months) and 1 final mis-calculated refund. There wasn't a single thing they did right.
