Underwood Electrical Ltd Avis

Jason was very knowledgeable which gave me faith in his work, I wasn't disappointed, he and his lads turned on time, did a great job, I will be using him for whatever electrical work I need from now on

Had the Ohme pro charger recommended and installed, neat installation, great communication, definitely recommend 👍🏻👌🏻

I had confidence in this firm because they provided thoughtful feedback when I was specifying the battery system I wanted them to fit. Other firms had merely quoted a price without highlighting potential control problems. After further checking and then taking their advice onboard the control problems were avoided.
The new battery modules were installed in a couple of hours without problems and are operating well. I would be very happy to use this firm's services again in the future.

After receiving an overwhelming number of quotations we chose Underwood Electrical to install a solar PV system+battery storage on our property.
Excellent service from start to finish, great communication and no issue with the system whatsoever.
Highly recommend!

After much research decided to look at installing solar and battery system. From the very first contact Jason was professional and super helpful. No sales pitch, just great advice! He came out promptly to undertake a detailed survey and it was quite clear he had the knowledge and expertise I was looking for. On installation day the team arrived on time and set to work immediately. Despite a slight delay due to weather, work was carried out as planned. Every member of the team was polite and professional. Work was completed to a high standard, any mess was cleared before leaving. Following installation, Jason has provided follow up help to tweak the system and answer any of my questions regarding the systems operation.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending Underwood Electrical as they provide a friendly and outstanding professional service tailored to your needs.

Jason provided an excellent service, completing the initial survey and advice remotely and suggesting a suitable EV charger (Ohme ePod in our case).

Work on site was carried out efficiently and to the costs as per estimate, including additional work to ensure all services into the house were grounded.

Etremely happy with service, charger works well on our new EV and we intend to contact Jason again for further work in future.

Well we started off getting a quote from a national company but so many compromises were given. These were from the size of the setup to it's location. We were not satisfied with this so found Underwoods via the Givenergy site. Contacted them and Jason came around very promptly. He put us at ease giving us a far larger setup which was just what we wanted and it the location we wanted. Scaffolding was put up whilst we were away and this was good. Installation day the panels were put up along with the bird netting and they did a cracking job with the weather being kind to them. Indoor work took place and a very neat and tidy installation was completed. Commissioning work was done and we were up and running in no time at all. Big thanks to all the team involved who were both friendly and knowledgeable about it all. We have no problems recommending them to anyone who is in need of any electrical work. We most certainly will be using them for any future work. Than kyou.

Jason and the team always do a top job. I had solar PV and Givenergy All In One. Jason came back and added a Zappi. Then came back to install electrical connection for an air conditioning unit. Jason is always there to help or advise and this continues after sale.

Jason and his team fitted an EV charger for us. Nice neat job, completed on time and at a fair price. Top job 👍

Sam and his apprentice came to do a re-wire of our house. We were recommended to use this company by someone else that had work done. Have to say I’m so impressed by the job they’ve done and in a timely manner too. Very reasonably priced, they were professional and polite and left the house clean and tidy after. Made em a few brews to keep them happy ;) Would highly recommend!

Jason & Sam and the team did my givenergy all in one system and solar panels.
From the initial asking for quotes on different systems Jason was knowledgeable with what was possible and what would suit my electric demands.
Not once did he chase me for the work to Go ahead he just made sure I had all the information I needed to make my own decision.
After deciding which system I wanted Jason came to the house to do a site survey and I signed and paid the deposit there and then because after reading all the fab reviews I knew this was the right team for the job.
Shortly after I was given a install day.
They all turned up on time did a fabulous install made sure they took all the packaging away and left the place looking clean and tidy.
Jason and Sam are really sound guys and would recommend them to anyone that requires any electrical work or green energy systems.
Shame I can't add a picture to this but I'm really very pleased 👌

I work closely with Sam and Jason. Really decent guys. I certainly recommend these guys for Giv Energy Installations.

Underwood Electrical are a highly professional company who completed all the work to an exceptional standard. If you're a business or home owner who wants an installation (In our case Solar Panels) this is a company who can not only do a great job of the install, but also complete all the necessary legal steps required to making anything official. I've already booked them in for some more work.

Jason and the team were professional, reliable and very knowledgeable.
I would recommend them without hesitation.

Polite and prompt, full attention to detail, kept to timings and completed job with paperwork within the week, thankyou

Jason and his sons are expert at what they do and totally dependable. They did the research to ensure that the solar panels and battery backup were right for us. They communicated with us so we knew what was happening at each stage. The entire job was carried out meticulously. I would recommend them without a moment's hesitation.

Early days using this company, but based on their responsiveness to my request, can't be faulted.

Really great process for quoting and configuring our solar panels. The team already installed Solar at my relatives giving us great confidence.

We have used Underwood Electrical Ltd. in the past for landlord certification of rental properties and are currently using their expertise to install an EV charging unit. They are professional very knowledgeable and also competitive.

Jason and his team are exceptional. Their knowledge and experience within their field is outstanding. We use them on a regular basis and have not received any problems at all. Friendly and professional approach that knocks spots off other companies we have used in the past. Highly recommend.
