Underwood Electrical Ltd Avis

Had solar, battery and ev charger fitted. From the outset Jason and his team were very knowledgeable. The fitting was well organised and a smooth process. Any follow up queries have been answered quickly. We're really pleased with the result. Our home has no gas supply so everything is electric, our last months bill was only £30 (including car charging) so we are extremely pleased with the results.

I had Jason and his team to fit me a new Zappi charged. Jase went above and beyond to help me with not just this buy my solar panels too. There work was efficient and Jase is at the end of the phone if i have any concerns. Thank you Jase! Brilliant service and support.

An absolutely top class service from Jason and his team who installed a Zappi EV charger then replaced bathroom + en-suite downlighting with supplied quality lamps as well adding additional sockets in our lounge and recessing a heated towel rail isolating switch on landing. All works were conducted to the highest standard and I can throughly recommend Underwood Electrical to anyone considering then for EV and domestic electrical services.

From start to finish Jason & his team are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and the work they do is to an exceptional standard. We had used others before and i had to call Jason to re-visit us to confirm what we thought was a cowboy and he made our bill £250 cheaper as we didn't need what the other guys had quoted! Now thats honesty!
We now use Underwood for all our electrical work and can highly recommended them!

Installation of solar panels and battery storage. Excellent service from start to finish. Everything fully and clearly explained about what we would need. Great communication throughout and a neat and tidy job. Would gladly recommend to others.

Had Solar &battery system & Zappy car charger installed by Underwood Electrical. Jason and his team were very knowledgeable as he has the same system at his own home. Everything went smoothly. Our Lecky bill has reduced massively and we are putting excess solar into our EV. Any small query I have about settings etc. is always answered promptly.

Jason passed on a great amount of knowledge about various PV panels and Battery storage and Inverter systems which helped us to choose a good one and gave us a fair quote. Underwood team did a very good job. Jason did all that was required to get our system approved for connection to the grid. All work was completed to our satisfaction on time and within a few weeks. Very Happy.

We’ve had previous electrical work done by Jason and his team to a great standard so it made sense to enquire about the solar system we wanted with him too. From the very start in the summer of 2022 Jason explained everything to us clearly and produced survey documents as and when he said he would. We had every confidence in him to complete the job. Waiting lists for the equipment meant the install was delayed until January 2023. I believe these delays are obsolete now. After the install he was always quick to respond to any little queries/questions on the system or the app information.

One of the easiest companies I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Superb communication, quote supplied with good advice, tailored to my situation. No pressure to make my decision. Contacted when part came in and arranged fitting effortlessly. Polite, quick, professional and very competitive. Would recommend to anyone after an EV charger.
