When we walked into the shop Simon was so friendly and helped us to choose the carpet and underlay. It was stress and hassle free and the carpet was fitted the following week. Really impressed and will definitely be using them again

Can't praise fitter Simon enough. He came yesterday and did a perfect job of fitting our bathroom flooring. He was extra careful whilst fitting the flooring around the new bath panel, he did an excellent job and was polite and respectful of our home and us! We highly recommend Simon.

Great quality carpet and underlay, fitted very quickly and the fitter was respectful of the house/recent decorating that had been done. I’m really pleased with the end result!

Always use United Carpets and beds, practically all the house carpets are from them. Andy in the shop is always helpful, good price and the fitting service is excellent. Highly recommend.

Mark fitted my carpets and did an amazing job. Worked around my schedule. Had to get my boiler replaced in between and paint jobs further delayed but Mark would always come around and do the fittings of the sorted rooms side by side. Always on time and very efficient and friendly. Carpets quality is great and very reasonable. Kitchen looks great after floor screeding and new vinyl covering. Would highly recommend their services

We had new carpet fitted for the upstairs of our home. Andrew, the manager was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable when it came to choosing the write carpet for us. Thanks to United Carpets in Arnold Nottingham. Half the price that was quoted by other carpet shops, very friendly service in store. They fitted the carpet about a week after ordering it. Mark was a very friendly fitter and did an excellent job, very quick high quality finish. He even comleted the job 1 day quicker than we expected as he managed to get the stair runner edged in advance. Couldn't be happier, highly recomended

After being let down twice by Carpetright, taking over 9 weeks, we visited United Carpets in Arnold. Andrew could not have been more helpful, giving advice about the different carpets on offer and explaining the process and as the carpet we chose was in stock had it fitted within 4 days, could have been sooner if we had wanted. Karl the fitter was very professional and polite and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend United Carpets and will definitely be using them again.

Great fitter and helpful in store. We were supported in store to find the right carpet for our needs. Fitter Mark was prompt and professional. It’s great that blue light cards are accepted here and this made a difference to the overall price. We will return for future carpet purchases.

Went to Arnold/Daybrook store and got good customer service to help choose the right carpet for us at a really competitive price. Mark did the fitting and did a superb job; I'll be using the store again.

This was my first time purchasing carpet from them & I used the Arnold/Daybrook store in Nottingham. The Manager came to my home as I’m disabled & he helped me to I choose the correct carpet in order to meet my requirements & not only did I get an excellent deal & but I got some excellent info regarding underlay too. I was very impressed & pleased with everything & also what was extremely impressive was the “honesty” of the manager who informed me that the carpet that had been delivered to them for my fitting was soiled & that he would have to reorder which meant I would have to change the day of fitting my carpet, but he was very accommodating & worked around me. Then the day of fitting arrived Friday 3-11-23 & I must say the skill & knowledge of the carpet fitter was exceptional. I would most definitely recommend them to family & friends & have done so already to a family member in Birmingham. Going forward whenever I require carpet or flooring I would most definitely use this store in Nottingham & the carpet fitter again. I am so pleased with my new carpet it looks amazing & I feel like I’m walking on air, also when you look at it you can see an expert fitted it, a brilliant job done. I can’t praise them enough “give credit where credit is due” as they say.
