Excellent service, from measurements and type of carpet to the phone call to say carpet ready and waiting to be delivered and fitted. Can’t fault them, 3rd time of using always no hassle and great to deal with.

The sales associate was very helpful and helped us to decide on the best carpet to suit our needs. He also excelled in trying to fit our very tight timescale.

The carpet and salesman pleased with and the quality. Fitting , there was some old gripper left which came out into the room where it fitted round a wardrobe no longer there so now when I walk round my bed I feel it under my feet. I should have complained at the time but they stuck the carpet down with a spray glue which they managed to get on my white divan bed and newly painted radiator.

This is our second floor from United carpets and both have been excellent quality. Fitted really and in good time

We recently had carpets fitted in HSL and lounge by Michael and Ben who were absolutely brilliant.
So respectful and bagged all the leftover carpet/ underlay
We asked if we could have them back to fit bedroom carpet and was overwhelmed to find they had gone above and beyond and put our bed and mattress back in the room for us..
Will be back when need more carpet.

the laminate it was a 24£ a square meter and and it was so bad quality i thought it would be so much better than that !

From ordering to receiving the base and mattress the staff were very helpful and polite

The carpet is perfect, the store assistant was amazing, really knowledgeable and helpful. The only little problem we had, was the wallpaper got a little bit scuffed during the fitting. (In a newly decorated room) The carpet fitter left the door off after removing it, to fit the carpet. And the fitter refused to take any of the off cuts. If it wasn't for the fitting issues, I would have given five stars. Sorted the scuffs out, still waiting to get door hanged and off cuts we managed to squeeze in the car, to take to the tip.

After moving we purchased our upstairs carpets from the Alfreton store. We were met with polite, friendly, no nonsense advice. Fast delivery and a great team to lay the flooring. We have since be back twice. One for carpet downstairs and Lino to the en-suites. They have always worked with us on dates and times for fitting. Would highly recommend
