FANTASTIC SERVICE AND FITTING FROM THE COMPLETE TEAM
Customer service (from both Ash & Elliott) went the extra, extra mile - particularly, arranging the fitting (which was delayed and had to be rearranged 3 time - nothing to do with United Carpets) the team could not have been more accommodating and supportive.
Finally, fitting was arranged (again, the delay was nothing to do with United Carpets) and the fitting team texted, called ahead and arrived on time.
Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the sales & fitting team which could have resulted in a poor finish and incomplete job, however, due to the professionalism and approach (at all times, extremely polite!) from Billy (& team) a solution (with compromise) was found, which has resulted in a fantastic finish and look.
THANK YOU to the complete team!

Everything went perfectly well
Everything went perfectly well. The flooring was delivered on the date initially specified. The fitters worked very hard but couldn't quite complete the job on the day - so they returned (as stated) on the Saturday to quickly finish it off. The floor looks excellent and the finish (trimmings etc.) all done really well. Couldn't have asked for a better job.

Elliot and Ash are a credit to retail and a high level of customer service. They offered great advice and manage the fitting and supply of flooring purchased, Callum did a great job and returned to sort out issues to fit the trim edging due to problems created by my bedroom wardrobes supplier, Wren Kitchens.

Very positive experience.
Good advice given in shop with no hard sell. Were given time to consider and when we went in to order, instead of trying to push door thresholds on us that were not the colour we wanted, we were advised we could buy them ourselves for the fitters to fit. Fitters went above and beyond to lay carpet to our satisfaction and it looks great. Time will tell how resilient it is on stairs and landing, but looking good so far. Would not hesitate to buy from Cheadle Hulme branch again.

First class experience yet again!
Amazing experience once again! Elliott at the Cheadle branch saved our Christmas when we needed a last minute bed sorting before family stayed over. Handled the situation professionally and gave us the best outcome we could have possibly asked for when there were delivery issues which were expected due to the time of year.
Also bought amazing carpet from this branch a few months back and the quality is second to none.
Will definitely be coming back when we freshen up our laminate flooring due to Elliott’s knowledge, expertise and extremely friendly personality.
If you’re local to the area then do not bother going to any other branch, Elliott is THE guy to sort you out!
