Good quality products but prep could have been better advised as affected the finish
The carpet and underlay are exactly what I ordered, I had stairs and landing carpet fitted and asked for no joins in the landing. However I have a join in the T section of our landing. And if the fitter that measured up or the salesman had told me the floorboards would be viable through the carpet once fitted I would have had the floor over boarded before fitting. It is now too late to do this as the carpet and under lay has been glued down.

Always used United carpets and beds
Always used United carpets and beds. They’ve carpeted our whole house and can’t fault the staff in store at all. However the fitters we had this time weren’t the best. Understandably there was snow on the ground but the way we were spoken to and how rude they were when fitting the carpet has let it down and completely put me off using them again.

Would highly recommend.
Flooring looks great, was a nice easy process throughout and all the guys were excellent throughout. I had a slight issue with a creak in one part of the kitchen which I wasn't sure to phone up about, I did and they came round and sorted it in a really short space or time. Overall top quality service, would highly recommend.

Excellent service and quality
My carpet has transformed my master bedroom. It is so comfortable to walk on with bare feet, and the colour and quality are exactly what I wanted.
I have purchased from here before and will definitely do so again.
Staff were very helpful when I was in the store, and took lots of trouble to help me with my choice.

United Carpets amazing!
United Carpets were absolutely amazing both in store and fitting. Incredibly lovely staff and fitters, as well as being expertly helpful when choosing the right carpet for me and my home. If any flooring needs to be done again in my home I will use United Carpets again! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Excellent quality and service
Our recent purchase was the 4th carpet we have bought in recent years from United Carpets Hazel Grove. Every time I go to this store the service is excellent and is delivered by very helpful and competent staff all at a fair price. The quality of the carpets and fitting service is also excellent, I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new carpet.

Great Service
It was the first time I had been to United Carpets and beds. I bought a bed and the assistant was very helpful as I wanted the bed in a different colour to the one in the store. The bed was delivered taken up stairs and put together. The plastic was taken away.Great Service. I will certainly use them again.
