Great Price and quality
Bought some vinyl for bathroom at Keighley store staff were very helpful and friendly and gave me some tips on how to lay it like heating the room as it's more flexible the price and quality was great I had looked at carpet right there price was good but not a patch on the quality I got from United carpets thanks guys

Very good service
Very good service. Bought vinyl flooring for my rental houses on several occasions. They keep a good selection in stock, unlike many flooring companies. You can buy to take away and fit yourself, or pay for professional fitting. Good products at very reasonable prices.

Carpet fitted
Got a phone call saying there's fading on the carpet. So they replaced the carpet with a better one. No extra charge. Then fitters come up to measure properly. Wasn't expecting to get it fitted that same day. Fitters fitted it. 3 of them. Great set of lads couldn't fault anything from start to finish. Sorry I don't know there names but definitely recommend united carpets and beds and the 3 fitters. Top quality job. 👍

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, lovely friendly fitters, great communication throughout, I've ordered on a few separate occasions now and the service and staff have always been Fantastic, cannot recommend the company enough

Don’t seem to want to do business…
Went into store and chose the carpet and vinyl then booked a home measure beginning of October, all ok. Never received a quote though. I have tried for weeks to get in touch with the store and no one ever answers. Called again this morning and finally got through, said he’d ring back in a few minutes, again nothing and still no quote. I get the feeling they just don’t want the business so will take my custom elsewhere.
