I've had two carpets from there last…
I've had two carpets from there last couple of months. Both perfect, my issue was with the fitters of the second carpet. I could hear them saying it didn't fit and the measurements weren't right. Then told me he had to go back to van to double check as he said if it does it will be a 'juster'and that I need to hope the person who cut it had left enough on it. When I tried to ask for reassurance he totally dismissed my concerns based on how he was talking. I actually nearly rang the store because I was worried. I had a joiner in at the time doing some doors in the next room, he came to inspect the carpet for me as he overheard them saying pretty much what I heard and believed they were having a little tiff about it. Carpet is beautiful though and cannot complain about the service at the store but I'll certainly express my preference not to have those fitters back next time, I wanted them to measure for the stairs but no way!

There was a minor fault with need but nothing that affected its construction really, so I didn’t raise this with them.

Avoid!
Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!! bought previously from other united carpets and beds and had brilliant service and just all round good value for money. But this store has just totally ripped me off poor quality and poor fitting and just all round shocking service! Now I'm left still paying a year on for carpets that look like they've been down for years and look so bad! but no resolution has been sorted.

Brilliant experience throughout. The gentleman in store was extremely helpful, fitting was organised to take place within days and the carpet fitter was brilliant.

We ordered a headboard from United carpets at Kirkby. The salesman was very helpful showing us the various designs and fabric we could choose. The order was ready at the time stated and we picked it up with no problems. We have used United carpets for nearly all our flooring and always find them knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy

Nice enough chap who came
Nice enough chap who came . We have a very large wardrobe that carpet fitters in past cut around and made a fabulous job. Unfortunately on this occasion this wasn't the case. Left a big gaping gap which we had to fill in ourselves with left over bits. So unfortunately unimpressed
