Absolutely would not recommend the guy…
Absolutely would not recommend the guy that came called me in the morning confirming the direction of the floor the decided to to one room the opposite way and claimed was brain went blank then proceeded to leave wet sealant dotted about the floor for someone who claimed he’s been doing it so long I am not impressed, as for the shop keeper who trusts this man to do his floors. Absolutely avoid in my opinion
Overall floor quality is good though

Excellent friendly services from start to finish from friendly competent staff.
The staff were very friendly with excellent service from the start. The sales staff member was very approachable helped guide us and importantly gave us time to consider all the options. The carpet arrived as planned, it was fitted very efficiently and neatly by a very competent carpet fitter. We are highly delighted, it couldn't have been any better.

What a difference .....
We've just had our first 3 rooms carpeted and cushion flooring fitted in the bathroom. They look super and I can't thank Aarron and his assistant enough for all their hard work and Aarron for his good advice and for working into the early evening to complete them.
We can't wait to get the remaining rooms floored.

From start to finish Justine & Aaron at United carpets were extremely helpful. Aaron’s knowledge regarding carpet fitting etc made us pick the perfect choice for our home. The flexible time frame in fitting our carpet worked perfectly with the work we was having done.

Almost a perfect job…
Good advice and service with laminate flooring obtained and fitted within a couple of weeks. Great price and friendly staff. Old carpet removed and disposed of by their team so no hassle at home. New flooring laid and fitted quickly and efficiently. The only downside was having to take all the excess waste and packaging from the laminate flooring to the council dump as this was not removed by the floor fitter. Hence a score of 9/10 oinstrad of 10/10

Excellent service
Excellent customer service. The staff were very patient while I made my decision even gave me some advice.I did not feel under any pressure to buy .
Once purchased the delivery date was booked.They rang the day before to confirm as they said they would, the fitter was on time, polite and was done in no time .
I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Justin from the Scunthorpe Shop was very polite and didn't try to hard sell but offered reasonable alternatives and understood my needs and came up with an excellent solution. good old-fashioned quality service ! Aaron the fitter was also very polite and professional, very helpful and managed to fit all the carpets including moving items of furniture etc in a friendly cheerful way can only recommend them
