Bad experience
I'm writing about the carpet installation – it's not complete. There's flooring missing on the stairs and corners, and it needs finishing. As I've paid in full, I'm not completely satisfied with the work done.
I've tried contacting the installer but they're not responding. Could someone look into this and arrange for the outstanding work to be completed ASAP?

Was great from start to finish
Was great from start to finish. I walked in to store a lovely gentleman was on hand straight away was all sorted that day. I had the carpet fitted alittle over a week later which was fantastic considering it was so close to christmas. The fitter that arrived was very friendly and polite which always helps. I would 100 percent recommend and will be using them again.

Excellent service at shop and at home, it would be a 5 star review if doors could be refitted after carpet fitting rather than having to get someone else in to do it.

Fantastic service at the Barnsley road branch.
I have emphysema and the staff were incredibly helpful and understanding .
They helped with choosing a suitable carpet for my dining room and arranged fitting around the times that were best for me.
I got a great deal. And the fitting was great. Quick and easy. Fitters were really polite and friendly.

Delayed delivery
The measurmemts to my floor went missing then appeared a few days after.
I was told the carpet would be in the store in 10 to 14 days. After 3 weeks I contacted the store to be told the carpet was delayed and would be arriving soon. It did arrive the week after.
However, the carpet is good.
