Not enough information given, at the time of ordering our new flooring we were all not tolded we would have to remove all our white goods from our kitchen fitter was not willing to help with this , we are a couple in our seventies so found the hold thing hard thankfully our family was able to help us put everything back . Just not enough information given

I had my flooring lad a week ago it did…
I had my flooring lad a week ago it did not finish the job. It had to come back this weekend was just gone then there was a chip in the floor plus there’s a mark that was never put right until the next weekend. What’s coming up? which I don’t find, I’m very happy. I will never ever buy from you again.

Excellent choice of carpets and roll ends at very good prices. Assistants always help us fold the carpets and get to the car. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service
The two men who helped me were absolutely brilliant!! Super helpful. There was a large selection of mattresses, carpets, and flooring options. I was able to pick out my mattress very easily with their guidance.
It was delivered three days later to my room too! The pathway to the house is incredibly difficult to navigate, but he managed it with ease, all while carrying a massive vacuum packed king size mattress.
I will always recommend them, especially the two who helped me. Thank you very much!!

Friendly helpful staff. Got everything sorted and costed for me - best price for what I needed, right amount of underlay and carpet tack strips, etc. And organised fitting for within the same week.
Carpet fitters were friendly, professional, and extremely quick!

Ordered all new carpets and a new bed. Brilliant prices and great Customer service and outstanding delivery service. They put my bed together and took away all rubbish. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Experience was OK
Experience was OK . Carpet took longer than they told me to arrive but they did not advice me of the delay until I called. Carpet fitter came at the right time but I had to pay them so in my opinion it isn't free fitting
