Unfortunately there was an issue with the store ordering the wrong bed for me. This only became apparent when the delivery people unpacked it from the van.
The store did apologise though and got the correct one delivered the following week for me

Excellent service
Staff member was patient ,he realised i knew what i needed , helped me with colour matching and arranged sales information . Booked fitters for me . Fitters were exceptional as we were having 2 rooms done and could not move everything ie 3 pensioners , very pleased thank you all.

At great attention from Rich
At great attention from Rich in Stockton on Tees store .Really helpful and all sorted in less than 20mins When the carpet arrived with the fitters they didn't take long and it looked lovely .We thanked them and said our goodbyes Then we noticed a line about a foot in from the wall and door it looked like a flaw.We rang the store and another man answered Rich was on day off .He said it where it was folded on the roll it will come out if not I will come and see it and if it hasnt we will replace it .Which was fine it has mostly gone just about a foot that no one stands on .My only reai bad thought I have is that the fitter didn't shout us in to look at it .He just went .But it's fine it's acceptable .

Excellent service from start to finish
Bought all the same Wilton carpet for our bungalow,2 bedrooms,living room and hallway,from Stockton on tees store.great carpet.from picking the carpet in store,to measuring up at home,then having them fitted,,was excellent service..thank you to the salesmen,guy who measured up,and to the excellent carpet fitters who done a great job,,would certainly recommend.

Carpets and good customer service
In store experience was positive- staff were helpful and gave good advice. Came out the same day to measure up.
Carpets were good quality as expected
The ‘free’ fitting was not as high quality and I would recommend paying for a private fitter.
