Best carpet shop in Stoke on Trent
We have been here to buy all of our carpets and vinyl for over 15 years. We were so happy the first time we always went back.
Just had another carpet off them. Paul and Sandy are a great team and the lads who fitted the carpets , Sean and Dean were great. Very polite, professional and went out of their way to help .
Wouldn't shop any where else .

Excellent service from the Burslem shop in Stoke on Trent. Called out to check measurements on the stairs landing and bedroom before organising fitters, who also did a great job in fitting the carpets.
Overall excellent customer service and great advice on product.

I had a carpet fitted on my stairs and…
I had a carpet fitted on my stairs and landing and a laminate floor fitted in my hall, the fitting and materials used were excellent, the fitters worked extremely hard and I was extremely pleased with the end result. Only complaint the rubbish and remnants of the carpet leftovers was left in my bin and around the bins, yes I have read the small print and it advises they don’t don’t take the rubbish with them but it would have been common courtesy to inform me it had been left without me finding it 2 hours later absolutely soaked through with the heavy downpour and unable to dispose of it until it had dried out days later,

Amazing service
I had carpets fitted over 2 days and was really quite stressed about it all until the guys showed up- both days. They were absolutely amazing! They are beyond helpful and so friendly.
The job was done in no time and I will never go anywhere else for my carpets in the future. I’ve recommended to all of my family and friends.
I had a shop around after my quote and honestly, other places were almost double and tried to sell me extras, which isn’t what’s best for the customer. When Paul came to measure up he was honest and fair and his words were ‘my job is to save you money’ and let me tell you Paul is a man of his word.
Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. If you’re on the fence about going with these guys, let my review be the decider for you, you won’t regret it.

Helpful when choosing flooring.was told…
Helpful when choosing flooring.was told fitter would call out before fitting date to check floor was flat.this wasn't done so he arrived and floor wasn't level.we had this done and fitter came out a week later.he had to take off a door to fit floor.door needed a big planing off but he said he didn't have a plane so door is propped up and we've got to get someone out to do this and put the door back on.
