Got laminate from them with underlay and edging didn't use it all had 3 boxes left over they wouldn't take them back won't be using them again.

Didn't fit the gold bar just left the cushion floor cut had to phone them up as I had paid for it asked for white sealant and they put clear down so had to do it myself

They have fitted the wrong carpet. Looks the same but not the same quality, it's a cheaper version off the one we ordered.

1st day carpet due to be fitted after…
1st day carpet due to be fitted after 12pm. Carpet fitter called yo say they were 5 minutes away at 8am. They refused to fit in the afternoon so it was postponed.
2nd time the carpet fitter fitted a carpet without underlay. This was clearly on the invoice.
Finally got it fitted on the 3rd attempt.
I do not recommend the company communication or the carpet fitter I'm afraid

Showroom staff were lovely and for us…
Showroom staff were lovely and for us the carpets we wanted for our budget. Only issue we had was with the fitters came a lot later then advised by a few hours, which was okay because it was very hot. Trims were incorrect supposed to be brass, tags left in carpet and some corners of the living room don't look fitted well. Also a bent trim on bathroom. Would recommend the showroom but advised people to find there own fitters.
