The monthly subscription is very misleading. Make sure you read the small fine print before purchasing the one time purchase option. Now I am stuck with four month of pre paid boxes that I never signed up for.

The boxes you send are cheaply done and product and customer service is absolutely Horrible. This company is a scam

First 2 boxes came within 4 days of each other. Their Customer Service does not care.

Their support is beyond useless. They can't even accomodate basic requests like pausing because of travel. The past three boxes we've received have been terrible and very badly curated. Greece was literally half a box of breadsticks. Brazil was literally all the same brand of cheap sweets in different flavors. They kept talking about how Brazil would be full of chocolate, but the only real bar of chocolate in there was white chocolate with no cocoa. Pathetic. Don't waste your time with this.

I can't believe this place. Customer service is terrible and snacks are mediocre. What's worse is that you cant even leave a bad review on their site. They make you contact customer service first. Most people probably give up or never get access to leave a honest review if its not great, so satisfaction is artificially inflated. What BS.

My mom gifted me a 6-month subscription. It was a nice surprise, and initially, I was willing to overlook that one of the chip bags had popped open during shipment.

However, shortly after she paid, they launched a "free cookie tin" promo. When we asked if they would honor it for the recent purchase... a standard practice for good companies - they refused. That rigidity turned me off.

If you charge a premium price, you need premium support. Because their service was unhelpful, I'm less forgiving about receiving damaged goods. Interesting items, but not worth the high cost or the poor service."

Threw me into a snack wrapper and then sent me to some random house in Russia. Someone ate me.

My grandchildren absolutely love getting the difference countries each month. We all sit together, my children and their family. We then rate each product of how we think it will be, we even sometimes listen to the music you can scan on the packet.

Reading about the different products and getting a small taste of different countries is an education and fun experience for all ages. I 100 percent recommend this wonder adventure for families and friends as a bonding education experience.

You can experience snacks from around the world without leaving your home! Almost everything we have received, we have loved. It's like taking a tour of the world without leaving the comfort of your couch!

I love getting these snack boxes and we look forward to it arriving every month! Getting to try snacks from countries all over the world is a unique and fun experience! I highly recommend getting a subscription!

We send a box to our son at college every month, so this is a great way for us to try to guess what country the snacks are coming from and then he does a great reveal over Facetime. We have fun discovering the treats together even though we are far apart.

I feel it’s worth it so far tasting the different countries snacks to see if it’s similar to the USA and what other countries snacks different me and my nephew try them out every month I got a years subscription and I’m thinking about sending them as a gift the family on the ones I like because I’m making a list for the holidays

Me and my family are enjoying all the different countries snacks each month. Pakistan and Taiwan were the biggest favorite in the family. Every time I get to glimpse at the next month Countries snacks I am giddy with excitement on which snacks I am getting and sharing with my family

I have really enjoyed getting the yum box. I feel like I get to go to a different country every month. I look forward to it every month.

I'm an adventurous eater and am willing tovtry almost anything once, so Universal Yums has been a mini adventure each month - I truly never know what to expect from each country. Sometimes I'm surprised that I like a certain flavor or combination. To be truthful, there were a few snacks that I rated pretty low (licorice - yuck!), but for me the fun is giving a new snack a try.

Love this snack box company. These boxes are great family fun . Each box comes with a Qr code for the music from the country of the month. Its been fun learning things about each country.

We have enjoyed our boxes! We look forward to them! I have taken them to my work and shared them with my elderly residents. They loved it also. I have and will recommend this to everyone!
