Unlock codes did not work. There is no customer service either. No one answer the on instant chat or email. Asked for a refund and still awaiting a reply....

Super easy to use and it works!!!
Recently we switched carriers. Even though our phones were paid off and our account balance was $0 the conpany still would not unlock them. We got bounced from department to department and were told we had to wait 48 hours. After spending over 4 hours calling & arguing and a weeks worth of waiting, we decided to use Unlockplus.com. The next day (we paid the higher price) we had all 4 of our Samsung phones unlocked. It was super easy and definitely worth the money versus wasting your time calling, arguing and waiting for absolutely nothing to happen. Will definitely use them again.

I would recommend.
I was a little bit wary as there are so many unlockers out there and some are bound to be bad. I ordered my code later at night and by noon I had my code that worked instantly. Samsung S9 and AT&T.
I liked that I could use Paypal also. Woot Woot!!!
