Unlock codes did not work. There is no customer service either. No one answer the on instant chat or email. Asked for a refund and still awaiting a reply....

After paying for the premium ATT…
After paying for the premium ATT service for Samsung, the company has not responded to me and ghosted any messages i have sent on messenger. This was over a 5 day period of time with the expected 12 hour to 1 day. They do not have 24/7 support, its just marketing bs that most places will put, its just like two people running a show. Better off with Freedom Mobile wholesaler

Given 16 digit code is not working for me. It says incorrect code. I request you to refund my money or send me a new code ASAP.
Problem with you guys is I can see 24×7 customer service but no one is responding for last 2 days I keep pinging.

The site says 24 Hour support
The site says 24 Hour support. I paid extra for the 1-12 hours service. I waited 14 hours and I sent 2 emails via the contact us on the site and 2 via email. I got no response from either. My email to complete my service was done 32 hours later. I believe that I'm due a refund because the service wasn't completed in the allotted time I paid for. I wouldn't have an issue with them not doing it in 1-12 hours had the communication been open.

Wasn't sure about this service but I noticed you can pay by PayPal so I gave it a try. I did it on new year's eve and got my Unlock code in 2 hours i tried it and it worked... I'm very pleased with the service.

To be honest
To be honest, I was skeptical that they were not gonna be able to find the unlock code for my phone. Lo and behold, within 2 days of making the order, the code arrived and worked flawlessly. well I have so for unlocked 4 phones with unlockplus. once the code the provided me didn't work on the phone. soon after providing the proofs they refunded me the money. the other aspect why I am satisfied with their service is that they don't have any hidden cost and they offer almost the best price. I enjoyed their service and for sure if I want to unlock another phone in the future, I will get back to them.
