They took $1800 and did nothing. Never even talked to a lawyer

I wish to stop my bankruptcy. Trying to contact my 3rd assigned lawyer. Was told he in the middle of the ocean on vacation. Ok, then someone else step up. I want out, and a refund.

Company is not for the consumer!
In one of the several unethical lawsuits against them in Iowa and Virginia a statement made sticks with me…. “Lawyers who inadequately represent consumer debtors harm not only their clients, but also Creditors and the integrity of the bankruptcy system.”
You will not get your full retainer back, if choose not to go forward. Misinformation on my credit file that I did not agree with, was a huge issue.

They got my money and didn’t do anything but keep my crooked operations and they advantage of people in a bad situation financially

I retained their services, paid my $2000. When I changed my mind, they kept over $1300 but provided a long list of charges. After it was all said and done they owed me over $500. I was told it would take 45 days for me to receive my refund. 49 days later I'm asked what my address is. I provided them my address and I was told it was an invalid address. Now I have been receiving my mail at the address I provided for over a year. Today I was told they would send my refund this Friday. That will be 51 days before they send out. I was also told they would have to pay $26 to put a stop payment on the check I've not received. I would not recommend this company.

After learning that my wages would be garnished I contacted my assigned lawyer. After no response I decided to cancel, this company kept all of the money I paid them to help me and they did nothing. This company is just like foreign scam artists that prey on the less fortunate and steal their money. Want to be Up Right? Refund my money! These people do nothing but process your debit card information and keep what you pay them.

I paid them $1600 they kept my money for over a year I told him over and over to file chapter 7 for me they said they couldn’t get in contact with me and they closed my account they only returned $399 they kept the rest and they did nothing to help me, I’m on a fixed income I am disabled I would not recommend anybody to use this law firm!

No one ever wants to have to resort to Bankruptcy. When we found ourselves in that position, it was very scary. It took us a while to make the decision to go through with it. Very rude ! The guy just hung on me in mid sentence because I decided to go with someone else. Would not recommend. If he wanted me to stay with them and I actually considered it again for a sec but he hung up 12:10pm eat 9/6/2022 I just wanted to time stamp that so the person that hung in mid sentence knows not to ever treat anybody that way
