The products smell great

The products smell great! I ordered the starter kit for my 9 year old and he loves that he has his own products specifically just for him. The deodorant doesn’t stain clothes and goes on clear. So far we are loving everything that we have purchased!

Would love to give a full review

Would love to give a full review, however I still have not received my order even though I placed it over 3 weeks ago. I’ve checked in on it numerous times and have been told it’s in processing. I’m probably just going to go ahead and cancel it at this point.

Waiting over three weeks for an order, especially after checking in several times, is understandably frustrating, and I sincerely apologise for both the delay and the lack of timely fulfilment. This isn't the experience we want any customer to have.

Over the past few weeks we've experienced an unexpected surge in demand, which unfortunately caused delays to some orders. While that explains what happened, it doesn't change the fact that you've been waiting far longer than you should have.

Products smell great

Products smell great. My son really liked them just wish the bottles were bigger because when you have a teenage boy who's involved in sports and sometimes needs to shower more than once a day it becomes pricey since bottles are small they don't last long.

I dropped a star because on if the bottles top leaked. Only a small amount. All I can think of was it was loose when put in the box. But really 5 star as I wasn’t expecting it so quick compared to last time. As they are backup product he wanted, they haven’t been used yet.

the product actually works…

I love that the product actually works as promised. I did not love how long it took for the order to arrive or that the shipment did not arrive as ordered. I ordered a kit and I ordered a couple loose items. The free with kit things like the scrubber did not make it into the box and I got double the face and body wipes. It was not my most awesome service experience, but I do think the deodorant and body wash actually do what they say. And my boy also loves the wipes. I will order again and hope it was just because of time of year or newness of the company and the kinks will iron out with time. So far I think the product is worth the wait even if it takes forever to get here and even if the free gifts don’t come as promised. Still got what I paid for.

Teen Funk Gone!

Great clean product for our teen son! The stench is gone from his room, his hair isn’t constantly oily any longer, and he says he actually feels clean! Don’t change a thing and you have a permanent customer!

After reviewing your orders, I can confirm that the delay occurred because one of the items included in your first order—a complimentary gift—was temporarily out of stock. Unfortunately, this caused the entire shipment to be delayed longer than expected while we waited for inventory to arrive.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to see a second subscription order processed while you were still waiting for your first order to be delivered.

To resolve this, our team has already canceled both orders and processed full refunds for both the first and second order. At this time, we no longer have your funds, and the refunds have been submitted back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

We also want to reassure you that we are a legitimate company and certainly not a scam. While we made a mistake in how this order was handled, we take full responsibility for the experience and have issued the refunds accordingly.

Again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and if you have any questions regarding the refunds, please don't hesitate to reach out.
