First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused.
After reviewing your orders, I can confirm that the delay occurred because one of the items included in your first order—a complimentary gift—was temporarily out of stock. Unfortunately, this caused the entire shipment to be delayed longer than expected while we waited for inventory to arrive.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to see a second subscription order processed while you were still waiting for your first order to be delivered.
To resolve this, our team has already canceled both orders and processed full refunds for both the first and second order. At this time, we no longer have your funds, and the refunds have been submitted back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
We also want to reassure you that we are a legitimate company and certainly not a scam. While we made a mistake in how this order was handled, we take full responsibility for the experience and have issued the refunds accordingly.
Again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and if you have any questions regarding the refunds, please don't hesitate to reach out.

After reviewing your account, I can confirm that your subscription has now been cancelled and there will be no future charges moving forward.
I can also confirm that refunds have been processed for your orders. Our support team has reached out to you and worked to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
I understand that this situation has caused a loss of trust, and for that I am sincerely sorry. The last thing we ever want is for a customer to feel unheard or feel that they have been unable to get an issue resolved.

No more teen "funk"
Finally products that get rid of my sons "funk" that is actually not full of harmful junk... He loves the whole system.. it makes him feel less self-conscious not having to worry about odor at the end of the day...

I love the subscription
I love the subscription, I just pop the parcel on my son's bed and it doesn't take him long to put it in the bathroom. I know he loves it- it gets used everyday! I love it as a mum, as I know he's using something natural, and smells great. Thanks for creating these great products.

Bought for my son with ASD and Sensory Processing Disorder
Purchased the shower trio set for my 17‑year‑old son as an Easter gift, and it exceeded expectations. With ASD and strong sensory sensitivities, he’s very particular about textures and scents, yet he immediately liked this. His skin feels cleaner, and both facial and back acne have significantly cleared. I have now signed up for the monthly subscription. Highly recommend for teens with similar needs.

I ordered the package of…Combo pkg shampoo/conditioner, bodywash and deodorant
I ordered the package of shampoo/conditioner, body wash and deodorant for my 13 yr old baseball player. You can imagine the added smell from the ball field ON TOP of the basic puberty BO. He loves all of the products but did not care for the deodorant at all. He said it feels tacky under his arms and made them stick. I had my oldest son (22 soldier) try it and he said it felt sticky under his arms as well. My boyfriend tried it bc he too loves the smell and the other products and he said NOPE too. Not sure what it is about that product but we will not be purchasing it again. Everything else smells amazing and works great!

I’m sorry to hear the deodorant wasn’t the right fit though. We completely understand what you mean about the tacky or sticky feeling, and it’s really helpful hearing that multiple people in the family experienced the same thing. Fast delivery and nice packaging. It’s still pretty early to see the full benefits, but overall it’s a good product. I especially love that my children are willing to try something different like Manly — it feels more ‘manly’ for them. Will update once we’ve used it longer!

Outstanding customer service
I ran into an issue with the ordering interface meaning I accidentally entered a subscription, rather than a one of purchase. When I was notified of the payment coming out, I raised the issue with Manly. They were so responsive, helpful and generous, immediately offering to cancel and refund the mistaken order, or offer it at a discount. As it's a great product and I did intend to buy it again (just can't get through it quick enough for a subscription!) I really appreciated this offer.

An amazing product! Traditional deodorant never worked for my husband (he always held a BO smell even after a shower) but Manly deodorant has taken all of the smell away! He was really sceptical about using another natural deoderant but he is absolutely converted and super stoked! I am so happy too! Obviously: )

Manly is an incredible product, thank you!!
The teen boy onion type of stench was gone within 12 hours and replaced by such a pleasant aroma!! Forever grateful.
My boy went to school and had one of the mean kids walk past and say “you smell weird” (like as if they aren’t self conscious enough)……my son was fortunately reassured by his mates (quite a wide group of friends) “he’s probably jealous because you can run around all day and you don’t ever smell bad like us” he let them all in on his Manly secret.

My sons and partner have all begun using the complete range of Manly products. The natural deodorant is a top pick for people prioritising health and wellbeing over aluminium based traditional deodorants. The rest of the range smell great and work just as well.
