Great products

Great products! My son loves and uses all if them. The shampoo and conditioner and deoderant and body wash all really work and great for his skin.

Deodorant is very impressive for no aluminium

My boys really like the deodorant and body wash. Not so fussed about the shampoo & conditioner - don't think they use it much
Would be really good if they came in bigger bottles and less packaging

It’s expensive and $100 for every three…

It’s expensive and $100 for every three months is not affordable for a body wash and Deo

Smell is coming back

I somehow ended up with two subscriptions instead of one. Customer Service helped me get that straightened out. My 13 year old son loves the products, but now after a couple of months or maybe it is just because the weather is warmer, he is starting to smell again by the time school is out. Wish there was an antiperspirant option.

I completely understand what you mean about the warmer weather and the smell starting to come back by the end of the school day. Teenage boys, heat and long school days can definitely put any deodorant to the test.

Our deodorant is a natural formula, so it works differently to traditional antiperspirants that use aluminium to block sweat. We know some families would love a stronger antiperspirant style option, and feedback like yours is really valuable as we continue developing the range.

Wow so impressed!

This is the only product that I have used on my teenage son that made his room smell go away! As well as his BO of course! Im super impressed, and Im not always that easily impressed. Will definitely repurchase.
My son is autistic, and I love the clean ingredients too.

Deodorant is a good product

Deodorant is a good product. Hard to find a natural one that works well on sweat and smells. It doesn’t leave streaks, isn’t overly pricey and smells great. This one ticks them all. Would recommend

I’m genuinely sorry to read this, and I can completely understand why you’re upset if this has been your experience. Feeling like your order hasn’t been fulfilled properly or that you haven’t been able to get the clarity and support you expected would be incredibly frustrating.

I do want to assure you that we are a real Australian business with a real team behind it, and we take feedback like this seriously. We’re not here to trap people into subscriptions or ignore customer concerns. If something has gone wrong with your order or account, we absolutely want to investigate it and fix it properly.

I’m also sorry if parts of the website or links weren’t working correctly for you. That’s not acceptable and it’s something we’re continuously working on improving. The same goes for communication around subscriptions and orders. Customers should always feel informed and in control.

If you’re open to it, please send us an email with your order details so we can personally review what’s happened and work towards a resolution for you. We genuinely do care about our customers and would appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

Delivered incorrect products and Customer Service is Non Existent.

I am posting this here as it seems responses to negative reviews here are actually forthcoming rather than direct attempts to contact Usemanly. I have been using Manly for a little over a year, this is the first major problem I have had, the customer service is NON-EXISTENT.
I ordered 4xBall Deodorant on my normal subscription (order #71005). I was delivered 4xnormal deodorant (underarm).
I emailed the “help” email address (listed on the invoice and the website) on 26/04/2026 and the 30/04/2026, with the details of the problem (including photos of incorrect products delivered). I have not had a response to either email.
On the 08/05/2026, I used the contact form on the website, advising of the issue and have still not had any response.
There is no phone number listed for customer service.
All I want is the correct products to be delivered. The next step after this will be reporting to ACCC and NSW Department of Fair Trading.

I’m genuinely so sorry for this experience. After being a customer with us for over a year, you should never have been left feeling ignored, especially after receiving the wrong products and making multiple attempts to contact us. I completely understand your frustration and disappointment.

I’ve checked into this and we did respond to your previous emails, but I’m very sorry if those responses did not come through or were never received on your end. I understand how frustrating that would have been, especially while trying to get this resolved. We have also sent you another email regarding this.

Receiving 4 incorrect deodorants instead of the Ball Deodorants you ordered is a major mistake on our end, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused you.

I can also confirm that we have processed a refund for the incorrect order. We have also escalated and processed a complete Hygiene Kit to be sent out to you as an apology and to help make this right.

We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make this right. Again, I’m deeply sorry for how this was handled.

This company is a fake

This company is a fake! They have taken an image from another brand (Melvory) where they have the founder posing in front of post office bags of the orders that they packed and used AI to replace that founder In the photo! So fake! If a business does this, they cannot be trusted! What else are they faking!

Impossible to cancel a subscription

Impossible to cancel a subscription.

Don’t use this company under any circumstances..

Unfair trade practices have been employed

Further to the above, there is no clear Subscription option. Only contact via email. There is no phone number.

It required 3 emails to cancel. The first option emailed forced us into chasing around the web site in circles. Second email, not much better.. third email arranged cancelation . It needs to be a simple process.
