Hi Richard,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, after checking our records, it appears there might be a misunderstanding. You purchased a private registration from us, and according to our records, it was delivered promptly. You did not order number plates from us. It seems the issue you're referencing regarding the number plates stems from a transaction with a different company.
We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service. If you had ordered the number plates from us, you would have received them the same day as your private registration, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. We'd truly appreciate it if you could revise your review to accurately reflect your experience with Utopia Plates. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
Charlie

Great company to deal with, answered my questions very quickly. Very easy site to navigate, great choice of plates and styles. I went with ghost which look brilliant. I chose the do it for me service which takes out all the stress and just hassle free, my plates was with me before I knew it and I was able to put them straight on my car.
