Great service from start to finish jack was very informative and helpful and took car on test drive got everything ready while we waited so we could drive it away same day

The staff was friendly and worked together as a team to ensure that the transactions ran smoothly and efficiently- sharing different aspects of the process with each other. In the end we finished after their closing time - the deal was done the stayed and shared hotspot data so I could sort insurance to get home.

Staff were very friendly and happy to help, we brought a car from the Stoke branch and Jack was very good, gave us a good deal, explained everything that can with the warranty package.
We weren’t pushed into making any decisions about the car like we had been in other garages, it was up to us if we liked it and liked the deal Jack wasn’t overly pushy with the deal.
Loved the idea of buying the car and driving away the same day but we had actually prepared ourselves for that so went back the next day to collect the car.
Highly recommended and very likely to revisit them again for future purchases.

Not Trust Worthy
I called them 3–4 times before travelling all the way from Slough to their warehouse, and each time I was told the car was in perfect condition. However, when I arrived, I found several issues that had never been mentioned to me.
The car only had one key because the second key was lost, there were chips on the windscreen, one front tyre was in very poor condition, and there were scratches and paintwork on one of the doors. Every time I raised these issues, the response was simply, “It’s a used car.”
I understand that used cars can have wear and tear, but the problem is that these issues were not disclosed honestly before I made the journey. If I had been told the full condition of the car in advance, I would not have wasted my time travelling there. I would not recommend them because I felt important information was deliberately hidden. If you still want to buy from them, ask for all the documents and details via email. My car even has two yearly services missing in the log book, which was never told.

Great experience
Would've given 5 stars were it not for the fact that we were given a free tracking device and promised a portable tag for tracking the vehicle on our mobiles. Jack even showed us a demo of the one he had on his own phone. However this has never appeared and despite following it up with the showroom, it still hasn't appeared that has left us a bit annoyed.
**Happy to update to 5 stars as we received a call from Sophie following up on our review. She was very helpful and sent out the missing tag and documents.

If it would allow me I wouldnt pick a star!
We went here to purchase a grandlandx. we went back a couple of times to test drive then with our 3 children and carseats to make sure they fit. Test drive went okay, children for so we went ahead and brought it, it took a while to go through all the paper work and we were paying it in full so god help if it was finance. They kept trying sell us additional add ons too (tracker, additional shine on paint work etc).
Anyway this car was picked up Monday 18th may (evening) and broke down on myself and my children 21st may. WET BELT SNAPPED!! The AA man who came to me said they would do known that needed doing over 6 months ago.
Cowboys!!
Anyway long story short the car we rejected and after along wait 4 weeks after it was brought we have had a full refund!
Stay clear guys I wish I listened to my gut!

Bought a car recently
Bought a car recently. Had no problems with the car but, due to unforeseen circumstances i had to sell the car. Now I have been told i cannot cancel the warranty as it has to be cancelled within 14days of taking it out. And i have been informed it’s in the contract. What a load of nonsense. I can not predict the further. Warranties should be allowed to cancel whenever. I have never come across this. So that’s £123 a month I need to pay or the full £1457. And that loads of money i need to pay when i don’t even own the car anymore. And the after sales is rubbish. I have not managed to speak to the dealer who sold me the car since i bought it. Their calls keeps going to a call centre. And the email i was given for the dealer was incorrect.
