Car had no fuel on it when I filled up got on motorway engine light came on phoned company straight away was told someone Wd phone me straight back three hours later I got through to someone and that after getting my mate to lift jeep on trailer phoned after sales as much use as a chocolate teapot so car sitting on drive till can find a garage to check it and also car was not valeted either

Saeed was brilliant.
Saeed was absolutely lovely and extremely patient during my time at V12. I explained i didn’t have a good experience last time and he was accommodating and reassuring during the entire visit. He listened to the different cars I would like and give me the independence to look around and ask for any car i liked the look off, he gave me the time and space to independently look at interior of the different cars and was happy to come out for a test drive with the car I eventually did fall in love with. There was no pushing for me to purchase the car which made me feel comfortable and welcomed no matter how much time i took up of his he remained calm and was understanding of the situation. When the deal was sealed Saeed and Greg continued to be polite and extremely reassuring. Thankyou so much to Saeed especially for being so accommodating! A man who is extremely good at his job.

Whilst the in store team were very personable, the car purchased did not have all the spec advertised online (identified at home when going through the booklet), no response yet to my correspondance.
Still no response to my email and further to the below I've been waiting a week for a £400 refund despite multiple assurances of payment.

From the minute I called to enquire about the vehicle to the moment I left was 5 star service. I was seen by Jack at the Stoke depot who was very knowledgeable of the cars and he was a pleasure to deal with.

A professional outfit with a keen attention to detail.
I travelled from Newcastle to Stoke for a new vehicle. From the initial greeting to shaking hands on the deal everything was extremely professional despite my best attempts to acquire the car for nothing! Very organised, slick and with attention to every detail. I highly recommend V12 sports and Classics if you are looking for a good quality secondhand vehicle at a sensible price.

Not Trustworthy, Poor aftersales
AVOID!!!! £1000+ out of pocket WORST EVER EXPERIENCE ACROSS ANY PURCHASE MADE!
Vehicle purchased £22000 had a few issues paint scuffs, door dinks. Matt said if we wanted no dents go to a main dealer, I wish I had! We we're due to walk away and Zac pulled us aside and said he'd sort out a small paint issue and offer a complimentary ceramic coating to close the deal...how I wished we had walked away and trusted my gut.
Nov 2025 - Five months on from sale.
They damaged all the drivers side with a smart paint repair a week after sale that left the vehicle in their own words 'Like Stevie Wonder had painted it'. It should have been an easy repair, originally just a scratch no bigger than a 50p peice one door - but they went cheap and it got bad - very bad paint debris, holes in lacquer, masking marks, overspray!!
Jack and the dealership then promised a full 'paint repair' of the now three panels damaged and it had been authorised - we left the vehicle with then for 10 days while we we're out of the country hoping and assured it would be perfect?
Nothing happened in that time apart from a polish up - Jack handed it over insinuating they had painted it again and spent £800 (that is until it was challenged and inspected independently by a professional body shop) once the polish started to wash away and show the issues still there.
The result was a right off of the drivers side paint finish.. £1440 worth of damage from poor paint application and over polishing to disguise their bad practices all this confirmed by an independent and highly experienced Body Shop.
We have endured the most horrendous of experiences, lies, deception from sales staff, slow obstructive customer service (the only way to communicate is a call into the call centre (takes an hour on average to get through) that then leaves you waiting days for a reply/resolution and if that doesn't address the issue the process starts again, (just kicking problems into the long grass).
To date, they have agreed a partial refund £500 they only see this as a good will guesture or insist returning the car to their smart repair for further treatment!
So the real deal, a damaged car - damaged further, no valet on handover, no ceramic coating as promised by Zac and a further £1000 out of pocket expence to put the car paint right.
We have washed our hands of V12, we would hope that people take the time to read the reviews and move on to the next car - the deals on V12 are not what they seem, they are not practicing the standards that you hope to expect. The gloss of the website and handover book, is just that gloss... wipe it and it shows a dealership not taking ownership of problems it creates.
