I had to chase very hard for the timely delivery of the car. It wasn't V4Bs fault but the supplier. However as a customer I shouldn't have to chase up your suppliers.

My experience with V4B was excellent…
My experience with V4B was excellent from start to finish. Not only were they one of the most competitive for prices for vehicles that I had seen elsewhere for much more, but even when there was issues with cars being withdrawn from short-term contracts, they continued to source a vehicle for me with a turn-around in just over 2-weeks. My contact was Kayleigh who was absolutely amazing and was available when I needed her and never failed to return a single call when she was not. My car arrived today and it is perfect for my needs. Great experience all round.

Whilst initally the service was prompt…
Whilst initally the service was prompt and professional sadly our new electric vehicle was delivered without the charging cables!!!
We were told that cables would be couriered to us, however 36hrs later and we are still waiting and so therefore unable to use the vehicle

V4B - The best by far.
V4B were by far the best leasing agency with which I engaged. Peter and Jemma were responsive and very helpful.

Good service let down by dealership
Great experience from V4B customer service, just a shame the BMW dealership they used, Halliwell Jones, found it acceptable to deliver a brand new car driven for over 300 miles and covered in filth. This let them and me down. The need to Drive through B roads is not an excuse. Why are they being driven and not properly transported.
I would recommend they change the dealership they use as this is not acceptable. I would use V4B again but not if associated BMW Halliwell Jones in Chester.

V4B stood out as reasonably priced when I was researching available PCH companies - and Dave was really very helpful when getting quotes. I didn't feel like there was a question I couldn't ask, and the process of quote generation - through to finance approval and ordering the vehicle - was really well organised and honestly exceeded my expectations.
Dave's admin team are fantastic - in particular Caitlin - who put in an extensive amount of effort in a very time limited environment to solve an unexpected problem that would have otherwise significantly delayed the delivery. Once the problem was identified, she got a solution found and utilised in a remarkably short amount of time - going above and beyond in my opinion.
I do look forward to the rest of the time with the vehicle & I would think that in 4 years time, I have had a smooth process with them throughout.
