I had to chase very hard for the timely delivery of the car. It wasn't V4Bs fault but the supplier. However as a customer I shouldn't have to chase up your suppliers.

Above and beyond service
Helped us all the way in securing our finance for the car lease. Using V4B was a terrific experience
Using V4B was a terrific experience, right from the start nothing was to much trouble. Pete who initially negotiated the contract was very helpful and fair in his negotiations and Jemma was outstanding guiding me through the process and organising delivery of my car a full week earlier than I had expected. Helpful and efficient
The staff here are very helpful and professional. Jemma in particular was efficient at sorting out an issue at the delivery stage. I would use this company again in the future.

Apart from the best price available, process was smooth from initial quote from Shaun, documents sent through very quickly. Very fast process and kept fully up to date from Jemma who arranged fast delivery date. Car delivered on date promised.

Wanted to buy a hybrid for couple of years. Then i came through this company via online. I must say from the day i enquired up to the delivery day the team was very helpful.
Response time is exceptional.
Would recommend these guys if anyone is interested in leasing.
