Initially a fast response on a lease enquiry. After that Josh completely ghosted me - even after submitting a second enquiry. Might expect this on a dating app, but strange behaviour for a company that wants to make money. I can only assume they had better deals to close. Stay away.

We have always leased our vehicles with V4B either for business or personal purposes for the last 10 years and have always found them super efficient. From request of the vehicle to paperwork to door to door delivery, we would not use anyone else.

Proper service with a personal touch, that's my experience of V4B - and they managed to do what other leasing brokers could not. Despite having a few contacts in vehicle leasing, I had struggled for a few months to source what I was looking for. I was finally directed to V4B, who quickly grasped my needs, worked out what they needed to do and got on with it. As a first time business lease client they held my hand throughout and ensured that if my contact was away, a colleague seamlessly kept in touch. I've never felt like a simple number through the door, but a client whose name and details they remember and want to look after.
