Jeg og gubben var storfornøyd med besøket på Vanbruun i Oslo i dag! Kjempetrivelig dame som hørte etter ønsker og drømmer. Fikk alt forklart godt og forståelig. Great service by Madelen Bjørnvik, I had my appointment in Oslo's show room. I filled out the booking form with all my preferences and it was great to find that all the suggestions I received about type of ring, diamond size, color and quality were in line with what I wrote, that made so easy to make the final decision.

Fantastisk service
Takket været Sebastian fra Vanbruun fik jeg lavet en helt unik ring. Han har været en stor hjælp og ydet service ud over det forventelige. Jeg har heller ikke andre steder kunne finde så høj kvalitet af naturlig diamant og ring og samtidig til en rimelig pris for et custom design. Jeg har sparet mange tusinde kroner og kan klart anbefale at købe hos dem.

Engagement ring for my fiancee
I visited Van Bruun Amsterdam to purchase an engagement ring for my fiancée, and I had a very pleasant experience.
I met Sara, who was very helpful throughout the process. She was thorough, patient, and clear in explaining the details while guiding me in choosing the right ring and diamond. As someone who does not know much about diamonds, I truly appreciated how she took the time to walk me through everything step by step. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and special, which meant a lot to me for such an important purchase.
I would definitely recommend asking for Sara if you are visiting Van Bruun Amsterdam.
Also many thanks to Lucie for her help during my first consultation with Van Bruun, which made me feel welcomed and confident to continue the process with Van Bruun.
