Vape Simple Avis 

So I ordered a starter pack which came with a free extra coil and tip etc… But the coil was the wrong one sent out in the box.

Asked for some customer support, 0 answer….

Just maybe go to a shop where they will be able to help you, and if anything’s wrong they will sort you out then and there.

Probably the last time i order from here. the offer prices are great but it's just not worth it when i have to wait a full week for what is supposed to be a 2-3 day delivery and find myself having to source e liquid elsewhere to get by in the meantime. This is the 3rd time an order has took a week to arrive and that is why paying £2.99 to a competitor for next day (DPD) delivery is my preference when buying e liquid.
So great prices vape simple but just awful delivery options and awful delivery timings. Will stick to competitor and pay the extra £1.75 for the same (quantity, brand & flavour) e liquid from now on.

having got fed up with the delivery times and options ( as noted in my above review ) i thought i would give them another look to see if anything has changed AND IT CERTAINLY HAS...for the better! I now see that vape simple are offering better delivery options with next day delivery for a low price from DPD ( just as i mentioned in my original review ) you've brought me back as a customer and i'm really glad as nobody beats your prices on my favourite e-liquid. I'm here to stay... WELL DONE!

I have been a loyal customer since I started vaping in 2020 - their flavours are second to none, and their customer service is great. I've had some issues getting my flavour in stock in my mg but they contacted me and talked me through a solution rather than just cancelling my order. Whenever I place an order it's really quickly collected and dispatched, or ready to collect.

Simple and easy to use as normal. It's a shame you are now out of stock of your Happy Vibes twist and vape the blackcurrant menthol is gorgeous.
